Used to be a really good place, but the quality has gone way downhill. They have screwed up or orders 3 times in a row now and have the attitude of, "Meh, so what" Avoid.

Used to be excellent, but quality has gone downhill. Ordered delivery the past two times and they royally messed up both times and tried to blame it on door dash. Our names were on the pizza box, dunno how a driver could have messed that up. Also the managers attitude both times was "meh" order again. I ain't waiting 45 minutes for you to fix your screw up.

So I got a push notification to review Parry's Pizza which I haven't been to in a very long time. I did not have a good opinion of Parry's pizza back in the day as the owners were not good people, but I've recently learned that the ownership has changed and the new Marketing VP Nate has been very welcoming. I will give it four stars for now if the beer selection and pizza has remained the same. The craft beer selection has always been amazing with some very nice dark beers which is my fav. The pizzas have always been delicious too and definitely serve a craving. The wings and apps were great and pair well with the libations. Maybe I can get this to a five when I try them again, which I will do now that I know my hard earned money will not go to the Parrys! Kind of wish the name would change, but I get it. :)

Good pizza, good atmosphere, high prices though, I guess that's why it's good huh

When we order to-go, it's always hot and ready to go.

We had a large group for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent, and the service (Erica was awesome!) was also great.

Really good pizza and service. Add cream cheese to any calzone which is amazing!

We've ordered from this location several times since moving to Castle Rock. Our order is the same every time, and pretty basic: knickerbocker cheesy bread and a BYO pizza with ham, tomato, and fresh basil. We also use the notes to request garlic sauce for dipping (they have it, but they have no way to order it online - it's free - other than in the notes).Sadly, they've never gotten the order correct. The basil is free, and must go into their system weird because it gets missed a LOT! Garlic sauce is ALWAYS forgotten, and has only been added if we get it take-out and request it in person. Then, tonight, the pizza had pepperoni on it instead of ham and the two are very much NOT equivalent. The basil and garlic sauce issues happen at the other locations in Highland's Ranch and Southglenn, so it must have something to do with the computer system. But, having these issues constantly happen, even when you can see "fresh basil" and "garlic sauce" on the receipt clearly, it's tiresome and frustrating. When you order delivery via the website, it takes you to DoorDash (but isn't obviously DD if you're unfamiliar with their interface). I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the constant order flubs. We haven't visited in person, but it's very discouraging.(They are making today's issue correct and issuing us a refund for the pizza since it wasn't what we ordered.)

Of the many times I’ve been to this Parry’s, not once has my experience been anything other than completely satisfying. Thank you, Parry’s staff!

If you order takeout boneless wings, you'll get uncoated chicken nuggets with dipping sauce, instead of wings. They could say so on their website and save you the trouble. Also make sure to show up on time. Arrive a minute after your pickup time and they'll lose your order on the shelf for 10 minutes despite a dozen employees crowding behind the counter. Not impressed.

We just moved from New York and were excited to try a NY-style pizza place hoping for a taste of NY in CO. What we had was definitely not NY-style pizza.First, the crust was undercooked. It also had marks on it that looked like it was placed on a wire rack before moving through a conveyer belt oven. NY pizza is baked on the floor of a coal or gas-powered oven. The wings unfortunately weren’t great either. I personally prefer crispier wings. These were cooked through, but soggy. The sauce containers also melted in the takeout container. The staff were great about getting the wings repacked and were very friendly overall, but I was disappointed after expecting a real NY pizza experience.

Pizza was sad. Pretty flavorless overall and seemed undercooked. There was no crisp to it. The wings were not tossed in sauce which I find very weird. Just a side of sauce to dip in.
