Waiter was awesome and food was good. My issue was with The hostess- she took us back- was nice- then as we were wrapping up and having dishes cleared she came over and told my party- she “ has to” move us because there was a reservation for that table- when she took us back there was PLENTY of seating so she easily could have put us anywhere else- the approach was not appreciated - why move tables? So we rushed out. I hope next time we are put us in a spot where there are no reservations in 45 minutes when there are plenty of seating .

This place is always busy, and for a good reason. People will wait for this food as it is awesome. Definitely try the huevos rancheros , their green chile is superb! The owners are super nice, and make a point to walk around and talk to the tables. Good wait staff. Decent prices.

I love having breakfast with friends here! Food is always delicious! If you are GF it may be meager pickings. Also it's a bit loud in this establishment. If you struggle with hearing because of background noise or it's hard to raise your voice---you may want to reconsider where you'll meet for catching up!

Wow so glad snooze had an hour wait time. We came here greeted by the owner. Sat by the owner. (Super slick dude). Enjoyed one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. There was no wait which is blowing my mind right now. I would wait an hour for breakfast here. Food is AMAZING!!! And the service matches.

We decided to try Pegasus on 12/23. We were seated at the bar. It took time for us to be waited on as the bar tender was making drinks for tables and serving others at the bar who were eating. We finally ordered drinks She returned later for our food order. After about 7-10 minutes we were told there was 'no more sauce for the eggs Benedict'. Since it was our first time eating here, my husband asked for a menu so he could look at other options. He order eggs, bacon and hash browns. The entrees came out very shortly after he updated his order and his eggs, potatoes and bacon were subpar. No seasoning, no flavor and no waitress/bartender around to bring us salt, pepper, hot sauce. We waited. Very disappointed.

It's not often that I can get my daughter to eat REAL food. She often chooses fast food like Chick-fil-A or the sugar from Dutch Bros. Took her to breakfast yesterday morning. I saw the menu and figured I'd have a problem since it was real food. She ordered herself a country burrito. I ordered a chicken fried steak. The food arrived and, at first, it was very visually appealing. My next thought was, "Wow! That's a lot of food!" I didn't say it out loud but my daughter says, "OMG, this burrito is huge! I don't think I'll eat all of this." That's typical for her since she turns her nose up to food that doesn't have a d*** logo and in a box(she's 17.) The next thing I heard was, "WOW! This gravy is SOOOOOOO good!" Moments later, she wasn't talking anymore. It was all about eating the burrito. She couldn't stop eating it. I kept hearing how full she was but she DIDN'T want to take it home. She wanted to finish her plate. That NEVER happens! My chicken fried steak was outstanding. I wanted to finish my plate as well but couldn't. I had to take the leftovers home to snack on throughout the day. We both loved our breakfast and the potatoes that came along with them. Great experience. Thanks John!

Called to make ask about wait time and make a reservation host was extremely rude. I even asked why he was so angry with me, and he said he wasn’t but continued to use a condescending harsh tone with me. His attitude was so hostile we decided not to go and tried a new place instead. We just started coming here the food is amazing, disappointed we won’t be back as I think it was the owner who answered and made me very uncomfortable.

Absolutely an excellent place to enjoy breakfast...we went back-to-back mornings because we were so very impressed with our breakfast entrees, mimosas, and coffee. Oliver, our server, is one of the very friendliest and most attentive servers we have ever had, and coupled with the ambience, make this venue a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!
