I ordered 4 hot burritos. I ordered them "hot" and I didn't realize I had to specify "1/2 and 1/2". I realize this immediately while standing in line. I got his attention to please change the order. He told me that he would get the order changed for me and not to worry. I received my food and started to eat. I realized that he had lied to me and did not change the order, he only pretended to and let me leave the store.

The staff is always great. My food unfortunately wasn't even warm. The taste was good but probably would have been better if my food was cold. I got a smothered burrito and the cheese on the inside wouldn't even melt. :(
