I went with my friends to the drive thru on Sunday the 15th, and they got her order totally wrong. The attendant at the window was very rude towards my friend even getting her the wrong coffee. When we noticed they got it wrong, we came back to speak with Kerri the manager, and she was not sympathetic either. She already had the correct order to deliver it to us but didn’t address my friends concern properly. By the way my friend is a loyal costumer for 15 years. Very disappointing.

Had to get something sweet for a treat since I didn't get my peppermint shake at that other place which will remain nameless. The associate rang me up and went to make my drink. Some tables to sit at but I just stood to wait. Browsed their holiday merchandise to get some ideas. Didn't take as long as I thought which was great as he didn't want to wait and took the groceries to the car in the meantime. Delicious cool treat. Friendly server.

I have been using this Starbucks for years, ever since it opened. I have always found the staff here friendly and efficient. High kudos in particular to baristsa Jessica, always seems to bend over backwards with a smile and gives you just what you want even it is out of the ordinary.

I always ask for a latte with chai which is simply a coffee latte with 5 pumps of chai and the always charge me the wrong way saying I am not the only one who does order it. Now I believe their job as barista is to serve me my coffee the way I want it if all the other branches do serve it or get a different job. Bad experience!! Multiple times !!

Great location but awful customer service. Made me feel like I was trying to steal when I had to do self check out this morning. I wanted to get my grocery shopping done after morning school drop off so it was about 720am. No check out lanes were open only self check out. So here I am with a cart full of groceries doing it myself which I don't mine. Only prob is there's really no room for a cart full of groceries in the bagging area. so I put some in my cart with the skip bagging option. Lady kept coming over and asking if I was ok. Couple of times it says I didn't bag so I asked if she wanted to check it she said no. Then at the end I had a large ribs that I put in my cart unbagged because there was no room in the bagged area. She came over and made me feel like I didn't pay for it. Which I did. If you don't want to worry about someone stealing in the self check out or make your customers feel uncomfortable. ( yes I know people do steal) I don't and I had no intention of that many groceries in self check you really should have someone at the check out counter. Yes I know it's their job to make sure it's getting checked. But it would have been no questions if a manned check out was an option.

The Click List employees are awesome!! I have been a Click List for the past year due to the fact that I am disabled. I normally arrive at the time I'm given when I place my orders and even when the Click List employees are excruciatingly busy, they have ALWAYS had my orders out to me on time. They are very courteous, always on time, and when I try to give them a tip, they will not accept my tips. On February 10, 2020 when the snow was pretty bad, roadways, interstates, and frontage roads were getting packed with snow, my driveway has a very steep incline, and it is really easy to get stuck on the incline when there is a little snow on it. Being disabled, I cannot afford to get stuck on the incline. When the snow started, I got extremely worried about getting stuck on the incline. I called the Click List Crew and asked them if by chance they could get my groceries an hour earlier than I was supposed to be there. That was at 3:00 pm when I called the crew, and they said, " They would do their best, because of my situation. " It was a dire emergency given the circumstances. I called the crew back around 4pm, and they were getting my order. It takes me a good 35 to 45 minute drive from my home to the store, and I figured the crew would be done getting everything I needed. When I arrived, they were done and got my order right out to me as quickly as they could. I was one hour early. I picked up my Click List close to 5pm instead of 6pm. I cannot thank the Click List Crew enough. They were great and truly worked with me yesterday. In my opinion, every single employee in the Click List Crew, deserves huge raises!! The crew really saved me, because if I had gone to get my groceries one hour later, I truly think I would have been stuck trying to get up the incline in my driveway. Furthermore, I-25 South was getting bad too. Due to the construction, there are areas on I- 25 North & I-25 South that have black ice. No one got above 35mph. I don't even know if I-25 stayed open past 5:30pm yesterday evening. That's truly how bad the interstate was when I was coming back home. I really feel your Click List Crew saved me by getting my order out to me an hour early. Please let the crew know how wonderful they are even in bad snowing conditions as it was yesterday evening. I hope everyone in the Click List Crew are all doing well. I do tend to worry about them getting sick walking from the heat into the icy cold outdoors. Please tell them to take a lot of Vitamins B6, B12, C, D, and E. Zinc also helps prevent everyone from getting sick. You have a terrific crew on your Click List Department. If they were my crew, I would spoil them by giving them a surprise free lunch or dinner. They truly do earn their paychecks and free lunches, and/or dinners. How about a Click List appreciation day?
