This location would be 1000x better if they could figure out their wait times. 25+ minutes in the drive thru is insane and causes massive traffic problems with all of the surrounding roads. Either redesign this location, hire more people to deal with the traffic or get better training. Because this location is LACKING.
The drive thru setup is ridiculously bad. The drive thru is also VERY slow. I'm not sure what's going on with the staff if they don't have enough people or enough people who know what they're doing or what.
