Ive already contacted corporate to hopefully handle this store. The drive thru line is always atrociously long. I waited 30 minutes for a watered down drink. They are clearly understaffed and undertrained. Corporate needs to step in and fix this location because even the Safeway down the road can run circles around this place. You can literally pick any barista at a Seattle Starbucks and they'll be able to train them up. Do better.

We went to this location once before a few months ago, had a long wait time then.. and drinks were ok... Decided to give 'em another chance today... We waited for a staff memeber to acknowledge us to place my order for over two minutes, without a line... then the staff ignored us while talking and joking, amongst wleachother, on their headsets. Two drinks took almost 10 minutes to get... and they tasted terrible. Mine was un-drinkable... my husband suffered through his. I will never go back. This is the first bad review I've ever left... and it is earned. Only reason I gave a 2 stars for atmosphere was because, though they were not professional, at least the staff was happy...

I always order my iced mocha and they always give me a warm one. Not a big deal but if I’m spending money on this it should be exactly what I ordered. I tried using the Starbucks app to see if they’d finally get it right. But they still manage to mess things up.
