“Had to get something sweet for a treat since I didn't get my peppermint shake at that other place which will remain nameless. The associate rang me up and went to make my drink. Some tables to sit at but I just stood to wait. Browsed their holiday merchandise to get some ideas. Didn't take as long as I thought which was great as he didn't want to wait and took the groceries to the car in the meantime. Delicious cool treat. Friendly server.“
“Whoever was working the window this morning around 9:30am (brunette in a ponytail) might be the sweetest soul I’ve ever met. She made my whole day in the short 15 seconds it took to hand me my drink. She exudes the type of kindness that makes the day brighter.“
“So we ended up at Starbucks after a long ordeal with moving resulted in us having zero wifi anywhere right as we were trying to switch phone carriers and get hotspots on our phones. Whole mess. We ordered 2 Grande hot chocolates with whipped cream, and just sat in a corner for over an hour while we got our phones dealt with. Starbucks gave us a warm place with warm drinks to get an internet connection when that wasn't super possible elsewhere.While the building itself has disabled parking including a ramp, some spots of the parking lot were icy and if you need to pick someone up-- as my mom had to wear a medical boot at the time-- it's hard to find a good spot in that area because of how the curb is designed, especially if they're busy. Otherwise finding parking was fine.“
“I was just in today 7/10 around 3:30 and the barista working was awesome. It was so busy and she was on her own but she was so sweet the whole time and obviously really good at her job. She made it look easy and I know that being that busy can be very difficult. I hope this review gets passed on to her :)“
“Kaddie has been with your company 13 years and in this store at Safeway 3. She's a one woman show and is a pleasure to watch do business. She's an asset to your company and should be recognized! She is presentable,courteous, friendly, and overly knowledgeable even in the weeds when she has 5 plus customers at her desk.Very pleased and will continue to come here even though it requires me going into a store rather than a drive thru for these reasons.“
“My toddler knocked over their entire mug display and broke several mugs. I was mortified. They were SO understanding and were amazing about it. They only cared whether he was hurt or not. They then proceeded to offer me free coffee because it was my birthday. Who does that? Only amazing, genuine, kind people. They could have gotten angry, kicked me out. But they chose compassion. Five thousand stars for them.“

“Picked up a peppermint hot chocolate as I had a reward. It was a nice treat to sip as I shopped on a holiday. The line was long but went fairly quickly. The cashier forgot to ask me if I wanted whipped cream and I didn't even think of it. But Lori who was making my drink asked me and she put some for me which I appreciated. She was also so cheerful and friendly that I went away from the interaction with a warm happy feeling. Great service! And I was happy to sit and wait for my drink too as they were busy. The tables and chairs are nice.“
“I'd love to start off and say these are some of the hardest workers I've ever gotten to know. They work their butts off and I don't think they get enough recognition. I have been a frequent customer for a long time and I have always loved the staff. They always have the best energy. I have noticed if you come in the afternoon the staff is more personable and want to build a better connection. I usually come through the drive thru and they are amazing. I always see the same girl when I come through and she always has the best attitude. I will warn you with PSL season starting the drive through has been backed up, but it never seems like there are enough people working. They are always running around doing a million things. It doesn't bother me because I have worked in the food/ customer service industry and I know how hard they work with little to no credit. With all being said, they make sure your drink and food is always perfect to your liking and give you new suggestions to switch up the tried and true drinks. I'm not a person that writes reviews but I see how hard these people work and they deserve some positive feedback for how amazing they are.“
