Terrible. For the price, you can get a better sub from anywhere else, really. They also don't accept coupons like every other subway does (nice job taking advantage of the working class), the service was beyond slow, and my sandwich was drenched in sauce making it soggy and inedible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Go anywhere else but subway. It's a rip-off and terrible food and service.

Does not participate in coupons…. Like national coupons????? CHEAP.When I asked if I could use my coupon if I placed an online order they told me no…Terrible customer service. Such a shame for the last subway in town.

I’m so pissed that this store actually served this quality of food to us. It was a DoorDash order. Soggy, brown lettuce (we live not far from the store, so not a time issue…RAW bacon…not toasted bread…not the right bread….and it’s 11:00 am?? How can you be out of any of the kinds of bread at 11:00 am? What is going on in this store?!?!?

I have to give this location 5 stars for the effort of the employee working today he was alone during a lunchish - dinner rush. Was it a long wait time yes, did people leave because of it? also yes. But that is ok he was friendly, attentive and did his best for the circumstances.I read these reviews and honestly I can sympathize with other customers but you can't blame the employees. You can only blame the owners if the owners don't care then neither will the employees. I've worked in customer service for 7 years and I feel like most people forget happy employees make happy customers. So if you're upset about the service and cleanliness blame the owners.This employee did his best! Could the owner have jumped in to help their team yes! But did they? Absolutely not! and it shows with all these negative reviews. Show passion for your business and compassion to your employees and maybe this location will become a favorite location here in Castle Rock.Do better.

I just by the subway for a little bite while on my road trip. I was greeted with warm welcome and a big smile the store was very clean and neatly kept. The food on the chill line look so freshly kept and clean the lady that serve me she was very polite, very friendly, her conversation was very smoothe (i believe she was the manager). My sandwich was rapped very neat and well put together and it was very tasty THIS WAS MY BEST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER. I will definitely visit back this subway.

So apparently if they just decide to close early they can, everywhere online says 7:30, went in at 7:50, lights were off and staff was on there way out, I should then that online it says 8:30 and asked when I could call to speak to a manager, very rude women told me she was the manager and that she was leaving and I needed to get over it, I asked how I could contact the owner or corporate and she said that I couldn’t. Absolutely disgusting!!! If the owner reads this then you need to get better employees otherwise you are going to fail as a business

Waste of money to say the least. Orders food way before closing time through and online order, went to go pick up and the store was closed before said closing time. The money was taken and I still did not receive my food!

Frustrating experience. I placed an online order to be pick up on my way home from work at 5:30 for my family of seven. When I arrived at 5:15 they had not even received my order. I asked about it and the two guys behind the counter looked shocked to see me. I told them about my online order. They checked the computer and sure enough it was there. When the order printed the gentleman made a face at each other about how big the order was. I was told it would be 10 minutes to make it. I said sure, since I was early, 45 minutes later they said my food was ready but they were out of the chocolate chip cookies that I ordered! I said could they make some?! The guy said no but he could offer me another sandwich. I said I didn’t want a sandwich but the chocolate chip cookies I ordered! I said if I can’t get the chocolate chip cookies then I wanted a refund. At that point he said he could make my chocolate chip cookies and it would take 10 minutes. I said that would be ok. Well another 15/20 minutes passed and the cookies were done. I left at 6:20. What an awful experience. I could have made dinner and eaten it with in the time I had to wait for my order to be completed. Oh and on a side note, I went to use the bathroom and there was hair on the toilet and in the sink. It was so gross, couldn’t use the bathroom after that.

Rudest interaction I’ve had at this location. Stopped by tonight on my way home to get some dinner. Checked online and it said it was closing at 8:30pm. I got there at 7:54pm and as soon as I walked through the door some big guy not in uniform but behind the counter immediately says “we’re closed”. I was taken back by his tone and immediate response to me walking in. I look at the 3 people behind the counter and tell them “online it says 8:30pm” but I only got another “we’re closed”. Then a girl tried to convince the guy there was “5 minutes left, we can do it”. At this point I just looked at them and said no I’m good and walked out. Idk who taught this guy customer service but this was not it. I ended up driving 10 minutes back into town to spend my money at raising canes where they were more then happy to help me. Poor service.
