“I've eaten lots of Chipotle through my life. Lots....and lots and lots.This Chipotle, HANDS DOWN, has the BEST food. I probably stop in here two to three times a week, and the staff is always helpful and reasonable (sometimes generous) with portion size. Almost like they understand I'm paying money for food, so they don't skimp like every other Chipotle does.BUT...and this "but" is the reason for not giving 5 stars.Every time I go in while a *certain* shift manager is working (a sour-faced dude with a goatee and tats up his arms), the service is slow, the food is bad quality and not as fresh as usual, the restaurant is an absolute mess (like seriously), and you can just tell the vibe and environment is super negatively charged. The employees don't want to be there when he is it seems. And then, when this guy has served me, his portion sizes are teeny tiny, he has a bad attitude, doesn't make eye contact, and stays super quiet. How he's a manager, I'm not sure...This store is the BEST CHIPOTLE location ever.But y'all need to fire that guy for real.“
“Wow, I only recently started going to Chipotle and some of the reviews of this location are pretty brutal. I may change my opinion later but haven't had any real issues over a dozen visits in terms of food quality or service. While not fantastic the food has generally been what I'd expect - and they're conveniently located next to Kung-Fu tea.On one occasion they were short staffed and only accepting online orders - so I downloaded the App, made my order, and picked it up a few minutes later after grabbing a boba tea. Not a big deal. Most times the service is quick and efficient but the parking lot can be a bit tight to maneuver around during peak times.Overall I'll continue to stop by as it's very conveniently located for me.“
“It's chipotle. You got Americanized food. With the best verde sauce in town.. lol great food. Basic service.. I do enjoy some chipotle.. but I wish they cared more about verde sauce, like Qdoba... ??Beyond that. A great basic amerimex, chain! Vegetarian options: You literally pick what goes in your bowl, or burrito.. it's on you to make it omnivorous, or vegetarian... Or up to you, the consumer! ??Dietary restrictions: You literally pick your own food.. you choose what dietary restrictions you abide by, here!Parking: It's an open lot, that is pretty vacant, even at peak hours.. ?? Kid-friendliness: Kids are on welcome on dogs and other obnoxious accoutrements.. I have never seen a problem there, with a child.. ??Wheelchair accessibility: There are two wheel chair appreciate ramps that have easy access to chipotle.. one on the north side, and one on the east side.. ??“
