First time here, came for lunch. Our server was really nice and friendly. The choice of ingredients to go in your bowl was really good, nice and fresh. Flavors of sauces were really good and they offer little taster cups so you can try them out before choosing. I'll definitely be back!

Not what it used to be. They changed the menu and you can no loner get noodles as a base. They added them to the line so you have to put them in your bowl like you do the meat and veggies. This takes up a lot of room in the bowl where other goodies should be. They also removed potatoes, corn, and some other stuff from the line. Don't get me wrong the bowl I made was still good, but next time I am going with a bigger bowl to make sure I can fit everything I want. Oh and they now added an all you can eat option!!!!

Normally we go to a different Mongolian grill but thought we'd try a new place. We got bottomless so we could try new things. Our first bowls were not good. They were bad enough that we asked if we could switch from bottomless to one bowl because I couldn't even finish my bowl, neither could my kid. I was told no because corporate doesn't like it when that's done. I understand it was obvious he was in a tough place with the situation and I don't blame him. Also our server was nice. My other kid got a bowl of orange chicken that they make for you. Because the breaded chicken was put on the flat grill, it was not crispy AT ALL. She also didn't eat her food. To compensate the manager did do a discount on 2 of the bowls. It went from $98 to $93. Do not waste your time going here.

Last time I don’t watch them cook my food, they forgot my rice!? Like can you please tell me why I had to wait for 20 mins, pay a full meal and not get THE FULL MEAL! Waste of money and now an appetite.

I have been coming here for A DECADE. Used to be my favorite place in the area. The new noodles rule is awful now. They no longer have POTATOES! One of the only other ingredients I looked forward to besides the UDON. Potatoes are cheap, what gives?! Utterly disappointed and I will never ever come back. Ive never felt so strongly upset to leave a review on a restaurant until now. Good job owners, you have completely ruined it for me. By looking at a lot of other recent reviews, you seem to have ruined it for a lot of other long time customers too. Goodbye.

Food was outstanding actually looked the same in person as online portions were generous the food was ready and waiting when I got there at the time it said it would be if you feel like you can ask for more from a restaurant then your welcome to do

This place is delicious! However they recently made you put the noodles into you bowl filling up half of it instead of it being included. What a terrible decision by management. Probably wont be be coming back unless they change this back. Very disappointing.edit* I did reach out like the owner suggested and they forwarded me to a survey. They definitely did not want to talk things through and just wanted to make it seem like they care for anybody reading this review. I dropped their rating from 3 stars to 1 star just because of this fake act. 100% not going back.

The bowl size is the same as before, so you get less food, and they increased the price of the bowls.Service was always great, but won’t be coming back unless they switch it back.
