Awesome food awesome staff even when they have a long line the food is always good. The restaurant is vary clean and a nice place to sit with the family.
Update:My husband went and asked about this discrepancy before we left. After talking to a manager we all found out that most of the staff was trained on the wrong sizing. Someone had trained them all that a large coffee was the medium size cup. Hopefully this will be changed going forward.Honestly getting pretty of this location giving us a small sized cup for a large size cold brew. This is the only location that does it in our area. Manager must be cheap or something. I'm not buying these here ever again, I'll drive across town to get a real large instead.
We waited 45 minutes from the time we walked in until we got our food. That's literally crazy. It was us and one other group in the dining area. They didn't even take our order for 30 minutes. If there was a manager who could run the crew maybe this wouldn't happen. When I overheard another customer complaining, the manager on duty said they had a really bad day. Unacceptable.

My five star rating has been downgraded to a one star. Horrible service, not just unfriendly, but rude like my spending money to help keep them employed was inconvenient. My order was wrong, cold, stale, old lettuce that was squishy. I no longer recommend this location.

We ate our food in car while going home. Fries were just warm, chicken nuggets are generally just warm and even though did not want spicy, one was. Had to ask for frosty to be topped off...3/4 full. All Wendy's in our area now have smaller cups for large frosty and usually frosty has a vacant hole down center...this time the 3/4 full. Was told by staff thatbis how they are supposed to do it.For what we spent for just a #1 single meal, a 6 piece nuggets and 2 large frosties...over $20.....Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door for handicap
