“Such a great little Cafe! I enjoyed the ambiance of this small town spot! Collbran is a little town, but a great gateway to many Colorado hikes, rivers and lakes. I enjoyed a wonderful chicken strip meal. Folks near my table had the French dip sandwich which they also said was served perfectly! My waitress was very nice and attentive. I'll definitely be back next time I come through town!!“
