Went to the restaurant several times during the 2nd rifle elk season in 2021. We ate there 4 times over a 9-day period. I was never dissatisfied with service or the food. I ate mostly burgers, and they were great. Small town vibe with I'm sure plenty of locals and a lot of hunters all watching the baseball games after being in the field.
It was at nice place. Staff was great. But there was only one waitress. And we felt sorry for her having to take care of all those customers. She was running ragged the whole time. Need more waitresses at that time.

Such a great little Cafe! I enjoyed the ambiance of this small town spot! Collbran is a little town, but a great gateway to many Colorado hikes, rivers and lakes. I enjoyed a wonderful chicken strip meal. Folks near my table had the French dip sandwich which they also said was served perfectly! My waitress was very nice and attentive. I'll definitely be back next time I come through town!!
