Such a great little Cafe! I enjoyed the ambiance of this small town spot! Collbran is a little town, but a great gateway to many Colorado hikes, rivers and lakes. I enjoyed a wonderful chicken strip meal. Folks near my table had the French dip sandwich which they also said was served perfectly! My waitress was very nice and attentive. I'll definitely be back next time I come through town!!

The food was outstanding and the lovely young lady that served us was excellent.
Stopped there last week and it was horrible. Friendly people but the food was horrible! I was there a few years ago and it was fantastic.

Went to the restaurant several times during the 2nd rifle elk season in 2021. We ate there 4 times over a 9-day period. I was never dissatisfied with service or the food. I ate mostly burgers, and they were great. Small town vibe with I'm sure plenty of locals and a lot of hunters all watching the baseball games after being in the field.

An average place with average food. It's busy during lunch so the wait for food is longer than I'd expected. With twenty guests in the place, waiting fifteen to twenty minutes for food seemed excessive.
