“Whenever I am in a town with a Jamaican restaurant I eat there and all I ever have is the goat curry. I've had this dish in the US and in the Caribbean. The goat curry at Pete's is the best I've ever had! It is such a well balanced mix of spices, herbs, and vegetables that I couldn't identify more than a few of its complex ingredients. The decor adds to the experience of dining in a Kingstown bistro as well as the "love" that comes out of the kitchen.”

“This is one of our favorite Indian restaurants. We had Chicken 65, Saag Paneer, and Garlic Naan for dinner and everything was so flavorful. They use chicken thighs for the entree and it was so moist and juicy. They didn't double check when we asked for "hot" dishes, and they came out very spicy. Just like we like it!!”

The food is exceptional the place is spotless and you can't get a better staff. They even have their own grocery store so if you like it. You can buy it and make it at home. Great place for sure.”
“My wife and I stopped here before going to Garden of the Gods while in town for a conference. Based on reviews, we expected a good sandwich, but what we got was an amazing experience in every way! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and to top it off, we sat at the humble patio in the back and enjoyed the view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains while we ate. My wife is gluten-free and the locally made gluten free bread they use is incredible. Highly recommend!”

“This was my first time here and it certainly won't be my last. The staff were absolutely outstanding, and the food did not disappoint at all. Do not miss the Elote appetizer with the Crema and the queso fresco they are fire. It has a nice bite with it due to the lime juice that I've never had before,that was a five star hit. My server informed me that they were famous for their Birra tacos and had several dishes in that theme. I chose the birra quesadilla. The roast beef inside was tender and juicy. The flower tortilla was crisp and flavorful. They do not skimp on portions there was enough meat in this entrée to be a pot roast dinner. I can't wait to go back..”

“I live in WY and found Shah Kabob House while my family spent the weekend in CO Springs. We stopped in for the 2nd time today as we drove through town on our way back from spring break. We have had variations of kabobs in VA, NM, CA, and AZ. None of them have been as good as Shah Kabob. I will miss this place (even though it's a 2.5 hour drive from my home now) when we move away. I recommend the place to all of our friends. The flavors are so vibrant and balanced! The best!”

“Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!”

My husband, daughter and I eat there at least 4+ times a week and we feel like we have extended family at Whataburger. We are a family that would base our vacations around Whataburger locations because there wasn’t one around where we lived until now! There are very few times we have been there that Stephine wasn’t there. She is amazing, hard working, and works with heart! So glad to have a Whataburger in our town. The bakery itself is spotless, cozy, and inviting. The smell when you walk in is incredible — the sweet aroma of fresh baked goods fills the whole place and makes it impossible to leave without trying something. They have every Mexican baked good you can think of and then some. The selection is amazing, and they also offer savory options like homemade empanadas and tamales that are just as delicious as the pastries. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and clearly made with care. The prices are honestly unbelievable for the quality. The portions are generous, everything is homemade, and they could absolutely charge more if they wanted to. It’s rare to find food this good at such an affordable price. Highly recommend Norma’s Bakery to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Mexican baked goods and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!”

The service here was, as you would expect from The Broadmoor, was second to none. Drew was our waiter, offering us good suggesting on the menu and on the wine list.

My 2 year old (who will be 3 next week) has multiple food allergies. Normally going out to eat is a tough experience. Our server was so nice and when I mentioned allergies her response was “oh we take food allergies seriously, let me make sure that item is a safe food.” Not only was it the very first time he was able to order off of a kids menu (normally we feel lucky to get him one or two items ale carte), but the food came out with a “ALLERGY” flag in it which made us all feel safer about him eating it. He loved the meal, no allergic reaction, and the service/wait staff was FANTASTIC. I can’t wait to go back the next time we visit. 🥰”

How do they do that?! • Their Pumpkin Ale is a seasonal star, perfectly balanced without being overpowered by nutmeg or cinnamon. • My personal favorite? The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, and the duck fat fries are golden, crispy perfection (though I wish more came with the combo… we ended up ordering extra because they were that good!). What really stood out was the hospitality. Chef Sam and owner Lily personally came by to check on us and made us feel so welcome, even though we arrived close to closing. You can tell they truly care about their food and their customers.

There are very strict table time limits of 1.5hr or 2hr depending on party size, so service is quick. And I cant go without saying, the drinks need more alcohol. “Rudy’s Country Store & BBQ was definitely worth the stop! I got the pulled pork, baby back ribs, corn, creamed corn, and banana pudding.
The pulled pork was easily a 10/10 — honestly, the best pulled pork I’ve ever had. It was incredibly tender, flavorful, and had that perfect BBQ taste. The corn was also a 10/10. It was so good that I actually went back for another piece, which says a lot.
The baby back ribs were good — definitely not bad by any means, but compared to the pulled pork, they just didn’t stand out as much. I’ve had better ribs elsewhere, so I’d give those a 7/10.
The creamed corn was a 9/10 and was another highlight of the meal. And the banana pudding was a 9/10. My only complaint is that I didn’t realize it had actual banana chunks in it 😂. I’m not a huge fan of the chunks, but other than that, the pudding itself was amazing.
Overall, I’d absolutely come back. The pulled pork and corn alone are worth the stop. If you’re in the area and looking for good BBQ, Rudy’s is definitely worth checking out!”

“Finally made the 90-minute trek to Dave’s Hot Chicken with the fam! 🍗 The vibe was great—super friendly staff and a very clean spot despite the crowd. The chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious. Only downside was no cheese sticks today, but that just gives us an excuse to come back soon!”

“We had a late lunch after spending the morning going to Pike’s Peak on the Cog Train. We were going to have lunch in Manitou Springs but they had a water outage due to a break in the line that impacted restaurants. So we found this highly rated brewery that is also known for their smash burgers and decided to give it a try. The beer was very good and smash burgers were great. The patties are freshly rolled daily and you could taste the difference. Very nice place for a brew and buger.”
“This is one of our favorite Indian restaurants. We had Chicken 65, Saag Paneer, and Garlic Naan for dinner and everything was so flavorful. They use chicken thighs for the entree and it was so moist and juicy. They didn't double check when we asked for "hot" dishes, and they came out very spicy. Just like we like it!!”
