We normally have very friendly, professional service here but not tonight. My husband and I took our boys to get ice cream and there were three teenage girls running the store. Two of the girls were extremely rude while serving customers….laughing at everything we ordered, they would walk away and whisper to each other while customers were standing right there, just very immature, childish behavior. I realize they are teenagers but they are working for a business.The ice cream was great but their behavior was very off putting…it was as if they were mocking the customers.Just not impressed. A trip to the ice cream shop should be enjoyable.

Went in last minute for some ice cream. The staff was decent. A younger Mexican girl offered a sample and really helped in making my decision for the banana royal. She picked a bomb ice cream and hooked it up with Carmel n other toppings! I tipped $5 and she was shocked. She definitely stepped up and handled it when the other staff tried to recommend a not so popular flavor. Huge shout out to her! She knows her ice cream. Thanks girl!

Put and order in for 89 dollars and did not got the whole order. Called store someone calling me honey.... ended up getting credit back from doordash. However dont think that is fair when the store misses items on your order that their are not can hold be responsible vs the dasher...and these days stores who are not deliver 100% dont care since they got the money no matter what. Sad nobody has any pride anymore in what they are doing just money and moving on.

I am more for traditional flavors, so all the fancy ones offered here don't make me very happy. That said, the three flavors I tried were very good and the waffle was delicious. A nice place to refresh and relax a while.

I like coming here - the employees are nice and helpful - one improvement that should be made is the ability to tip the employees through the pos system when checking out. I don’t like that I do not have that ability to tip electronically after receiving good service.

Usually pretty good, however, you shouldn’t come to this in your uniform if your military, the night shift will refuse to serve you.
Either dining in or even Doordashing for here I think this store and staff does a great job every time even when there’s 10 people in line. And their sizes are definitely reasonable enough for their prices and I love having a Baskin Robbins right next to the house. I definitely recommend this store compared to the one on Pikes Peak.

I'm pregnant and one of the workers (cierra) wouldn't let me use the restroom because she just cleaned and locked it. Keep in mind this is 3 hours before close. Who doesn't let a pregnant women pee??!

Lady behind the counter kept hearing me wrong and got an attitude with me. Maybe if she didn't have AirPods in she could hear people. Icecream was 10/10. Come here if you want to pay people to abuse you.
