Everything was delicious! I tried a couple of "puertorican" places here & it was a disappointment, but this food truck was amazing! The wait on the food was longer than expected, BUT they are actually cooking the food to order. I got the mofongo con pinchos, chuleta y arroz con gandules, & maduros! I will be going back for sure! It felt like home so much, I had to call my mom, who's still on the island, just to show her the food & tell her how good it was. 10/10!
1st. Time buying today and not disappointed. Good portions and PR flavor definitely there. Bought alcapurria ( 12 in. Long), sorrullo (size of corn dog with velveeta middle), side of mofungo to pair with ensalada de pulpo I made yesterday). Barriga llena Corazon contento . This will be my go to place for those PR cravings. Lets back local PR business. It's a go stop pick food truck and service is good.

I got to say it wasn’t a quick but good things rarely are. The mofongo con tripleta was really on point and was the best I’ve had since having it in Puerto Rican neighborhoods in Chicago. The empanada was flakey and the beef was moist and spiced perfect. Coming again when I’m back in the Springs for sure sure.
