“My wife and I have road tripped over 100,000 miles together. We love to eat at little non-chain restaurants like this. Mountain Shadows is one of THE BEST we have ever eaten at. We ate there twice on our visit to CO Springs! Even with only two people waiting tables AND bussing, the service was amazing. Never felt forgotten about and they were friendly and personable. Will make a point to come here again anytime we come near Colorado Springs!“

“What a GREAT eatery! Busy as all get out on a Sunday but seated us in 30 minutes. (Party of 2) Service was fast and friendly. Our server, Tianna, was very attentive. The food was fantastic! Mini bowl of Biscuits with chorizo (has a kick) scrambled eggs and cheese SMOTHERED in country gravy. Partner had a "build your own wrap" the size of his head. Both of us left with lunch for the next day there was so much left! 10/10! We will be back!“
“I just discovered this hidden gem this week and I will definitely be back. I had a toast and 2 juices (one to go). The quality of the produce was top shelf. I love that it’s all fresh made in store. The staff was super helpful and pleasant.
