Vegetarian options: Multiple folks in our group got the cauliflower wings and all were very happy about it. One meat eater said they would always get them over the traditional wings at BWW.
Had a take-out order. Other BWW spots need to take notes from this one. Other locations struggle to maintain proper sauce amounts. This location didn't hold back, and I will be returning.

I stopped coming to BWs because the waiters always had an attitude. Today, it was a nice greeting with a smile, our waiter (Conner) was attentive and polite. He checked on us many times. He seemed frustrated at the end of our visit with some other customers around us who didn't leave any tips and said that he always gets stiffed here by customers to another worker who was clearing the tables. I decided to pay with the qr code and didn't leave a tip through the code. I did however leave a 10$ tip on the table because our 22% suggestion was 7.26$. I hope he gets better tips in the future and possibly doesn't speak to loudly about it around other customers as well.Kid-friendliness: I love when waiters take my daughter's order straight from her. Our waiter, Conner, was so sweet with her and I really appreciated it!

Was seated immediately, 10 minutes later finally met server Gabbi. Ordered queso and chips for an appetizer and a 6 piece, and street tacos. Well low and behold 32 minutes later still no appetizer. So canceled the order and asked for a manager. Informed Dillon that it has been 42 minutes and still no appetizer. And all that said was we are sorry. Kitchen is extremely busy. Store was what looked like half full. So we paid for our drinks and left. Will never come back to this location and am hesitant to try any other reading some of their reviews. Mostly disappointed because this used to be my favorite place. Never did try the food because a server was bringing the food as we were leaving. Total of 50 minutes later from the time we sat down. And yes still no appetizer lol.

4 off us, 3 got burgers, 1 got reg wings. 2 burgers came out, about 4 min later the other burger was brought to the table. Burgers were consumed, and we ate slow, before the wings were delivered. Want offered a discount, just an apoligy for the wait. Not sure I'll return!
