I stopped coming to BWs because the waiters always had an attitude. Today, it was a nice greeting with a smile, our waiter (Conner) was attentive and polite. He checked on us many times. He seemed frustrated at the end of our visit with some other customers around us who didn't leave any tips and said that he always gets stiffed here by customers to another worker who was clearing the tables. 4 off us, 3 got burgers, 1 got reg wings. 2 burgers came out, about 4 min later the other burger was brought to the table. Burgers were consumed, and we ate slow, before the wings were delivered. Want offered a discount, just an apoligy for the wait. Not sure I'll return!
