Super Cute Place! Nice spot to grab a drink & enjoy Nachos. We sat at the bar & ordered 2 Margaritas, Carne Asada Nachos Deluxe & Grampo's Enchiladas. All were super tasty! Friendly Bartender & Great Food!!! Definitely recommend this place.

Had breakfast at Chile Colorado for the first time! Best breakfast burritos we’ve had in the springs!I enjoyed the Adovada (Red Chile Pork) Breakfast Burrito so much that I forgot to take a picture of it. The spice level was fantastic especially smothered with their Pork Green Chile on top! Would highly recommend!! Gonna need to return to check out their Lunch/Dinner!

Stopped in today for lunch. A must go, awesome vibe and comfort food!! The food and atmosphere took me back in time!! Its like stepping back into la abuelita kitchen. All the food is cooked fresh and you can tell. The owners and family were working at the time of my visit they were extremely welcoming and kind. The food atmosphere and people are top notch. Save room for the dessert

YOU MUST GO HERE. I almost don't want to write this because I want to keep this place low key, but man, it's too good to hide. Meat is literally melt off the bone tender. Flavors are ?- from the salsa to the chile. Staff is beyond helpful and fun. Never had one bad thing off the menu (but get the adovada)!

Little shop, nice inside, friendly staff. The food however...damn. Everything including the guacamole had a great, low grade heat to it that paired perfectly with horchata.Carne Adovada was spot on and unique in such a way that it felt like a family recipe. The pork chili verde avocado burrito was amazing, cooling, hot and savory all at the same time, and it was $12 for the two things. I tasted the chili Colorado that my wife ordered as well and it was familiar but with this blast of black pepper I didn't expect that just put it over the top.I hope they can keep this quality going. Would be great if I lived closer. Sorry for the lack of pictures but I ate it all before remembering.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu. Simple and easy, but could also order piecemeal from the main menu.

Hands down some of the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had in my life. I thought I was eating my grandma's food! Service was spot on! From the young man who seated us to our waitress to the bartender! The vibrant colors in the restaurant radiated the feeling of I'm hungry! Just a fabulous experience all the way around give it a try and won't disappoint you I promise! If I could give it a hundred Stars I wouldParking: It's located across from the El Paso County court on Vermont, so there's plenty of paid parking lots all up and down the block.

Worst Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered carne asada tacos. The meat was burnt and hard, the tortilla was oily and crisp, the rice was bland. Nothing had flavor, it was DISGUSTING!!

Authentic New Mexican food in a fun, festive atmosphere. If you love your food spicy you have to try the Adovada. We had a little bit of everything and it was all good.

Ambiance was tasteful Service was spot on Food was incredible!!!! Fresh Homemade even the chips!! Queso never did that icky coagulation that happens when it's cool. This is by far one of the best Mexican restaurant I have eaten at in Colorado Springs
