Hands down some of the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had in my life. I thought I was eating my grandma's food! Service was spot on! Ambiance was tasteful Service was spot on Food was incredible!!!! Fresh Homemade even the chips!! Queso never did that icky coagulation that happens when it's cool. This is by far one of the best Mexican restaurant I have eaten at in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs has a great food scene if you know where to go and if you stick to small businesses. And Chile Colorado exceeds all expectations on every level! Been here 3 times already and today I got to try their breakfast menu! Out of this world! But don't forget to come and try their fresh squeezed margaritas! Carne Adovada is fantastic too!
