The staff need to stop pressuring tips on to go orders!! You're automatically billed 20% on a to go order, and have to manually adjust your tip! The waitress, Amy, stated tips are not required but appreciated before I finished the transaction. To me, a tip is a recognition of extra service beyond providing the food.

Great drinks and atmosphere for hanging out with friends. Never felt rushed.Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options and they will remove meat/ seafood from many entrees to make them vegetarian.

Wow, they should really consider the employees they have working in the to go area. I came in just before 2:30 on 4-10-24. I decided on the 3 for me for $10.99. the girl was fake polite with an attitude, she seemed annoyed to have to wait on me. She had no idea what the 3 for me was so I showed her on the menu, and had to tell her twice after that I should get 3 items with my order. She then gave me a total of $24.00 and something, and I said "I'm sorry, how much? And then she retrieved the receipt from the machine and gave me the correct total and said well you have to give me a minute because it says one total on the screen and the receipt says something else. I wanted to say you are the one who gave me the wrong total but I didn't t because you never know if they will do something to your food. Then when you pay the machine forces you to leave a tip. You can't choose not to. Then I am sitting at the table right in front of the take out and my bag of food was brought to the counter and sat there for 5 minutes before I was informed that it was ready. Definitely won't be going back for a long time. We'll see how the food is shortly

We came in for a to-go order. It was a very positive experience with great food and staff! Id like to point out our To-Go representative Araia. She was very helpful the entire time and we had a very short wait time. Thank you to Araia and the Chilli's staff!
