we love einstein in our home town, but we were severely disappointed with this location. the food was good, but with a huge dining room you’re not allowed to sit in and no fountain drinks, honestly what’s the point. had to eat in our car outside the establishment and go get drinks at a nearby gas station.

Please leave and let a coffee shop that allows its customers to sit and enjoy their coffee and bagels when it’s cold out to come in and set up shop. When your waiting for an appointment downtown and you Uber there it’s very inconvenient to find yourself in Einstein bagels with nowhere to sit in a massive unused dining room.Covid is over if you can’t handle having a brick and mortar anymore please don’t have one. I personally will always go to Starbucks simply because I can sit in a dining room when it’s snowing out and drink my coffee.

We love Einstein bagels ... in other places. This one sadly missed the mark with dirty countertops at the register and food pickup, there was trash on the floor, they no longer have seating, and this has to be the flattest bagel I've ever seen. The cashier was nice and it was only 10 minutes to get a toasted bagel, but it's worth it to wait until 9 to go across the street to Stir.

We ordered chai lattes, an avocado bagel, and a brisket bagel. All were all awful and went in the trash. Very disappointed that I wasted money on food that was honestly not edible. It was so disgusting. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ordered a hasbrown all nighter bagel via uber eats, and got a Cheddar Jalapano bagel with some kind of cold cuts, cream cheese and egg. Thanks so much for ruining my breakfast with your incompetence and inability to read. The reciept that came with my uber order CLEARLY said my name and the hashbrown bagel all nighter, so there was no mix up with someone elses order.Thankfully, Uber refunded my money, and I will be taking my uber credits to a breakfast establishment hopefully less incompetent and lazy.

It sucks. They put barely any cream cheese and have plastic cups of OJ that appear to be fresh squeezed, only to turn them around it’s Minute Maid and water. What a corporate rip off. Totally soulless and bland - support small businesses instead.

The young African American man at the register was great, the other cashier who had the code for the registers took her sweet time in the restroom, I had to wait for her to finish so I could remove an item from my order. This made me late for an event.

Put in an order on the app for the Centennial and Garden of the Gods location, got an error message that the first payment did not go through but was charged twice for the same order (a total of 160$). Called the store and they referred me to the corporate contact form, who never got back to me. Will not be going there again and will leave this review on all their local franchises.
