Cool cyberpunk anime bar with solid Japanese food. I tried the Yuzu infused sake and had to order another. It was a great mix without being overwhelming with citrus. The service was quick but the bar was small and packed to the brim. Friendly patrons, great drinks, and a solid selection of rice bowls if you're feeling hungry. I'll be returning to try out more of their menu!
The cocktails and food alone make Chiba a fantastic bar. However, delving into the menu nomenclatures and experiencing the total sci-fi immersion easily elevate this place to elite. Do some homework before going: read Snow Crash and Neuromancer to truly appreciate the exquisite details in Chiba Bar.
