“I've came here a few times and still haven't been disappointed. It is great place for studying or hanging out with friends! The coffee is really good and reasonably priced. I haven't tried any of the food yet but it looks very delicious. If you do plan on coming, make sure to come here around opening time because it starts to get busy around 9 am and it can be hard to find a seat.“
“Looking for delicious organic coffee, they have it! How about a decaf water processed coffee that tastes good, they have it too! It is smooth and tastes like coffee . Of course the caffeinated varieties are the best but if you can't have caffeine it is really good. They are friendly folks that have about 14 varieties of fresh roasted beans. As you have read in other posts, the espresso is so great it is hard to want to try other varieties. But we and friends have enjoyed the French roast saying it is so good! They also have tea and local honey. We had checked out a number of local roasters before finding High Rise Roasters and we only shop here. Give them a try for a great treat to your morning!“
“I come here fairly frequently to work remotely and every time I come here the atmosphere is so welcoming, peaceful and for lack of a better word chill! Every barista I have been served by has been so patient, kind, and helpful in connecting me with the best first sips. However, I have to compliment Hayden on his amazing customer service, sincerely welcoming and upbeat attitude-- seriously the best and chatting with Hayden every time I come in it is a highlight. “We went to Co Coffee Merchants for their steak dinner last night. It was FANTASTIC! Everything was cooked to perfection, including the very tender beef filet, the roasted carrots and the fully loaded baked potato. We had great service and Eric kept checking in with everyone to ensure they were happy. You can’t beat, nor have I ever seen, such a wonderful a prix fixe meal in COS for only $44pp including a drink. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I got the grilled cheese with garlic aioli. I definitely declared this the best grilled cheese I've ever eaten. I'm sad I don't live around here. Their staff is very nice and provide a pleasant experience. The coffee is smooth. Atmosphere was chill. I like that the space was pretty bright and spacious. 10/10.“
“The coffee is great. I worked here though and the ow er that runs the shop was extremely abusive to his employees. I only lasted a couple of weeks. I couldn't take it. And frankly we were all terrified of him. Edit: This was the founder. I don't know if there is new management.“
“This place makes for an amazing coffee experience (I don’t use that term loosely).I walk in, wait my turn, and while I first state that I’m looking to buy coffee I quickly start explaining (whining) that I’ve been trying to make good espresso at the house but feel like it’s just one challenge after another.Long story short, we sat there and discussed the details all the while I was handed a shot of their espresso blend made as we’re talking and was grabbed by the first sip.I bought a bag of espresso beans, got home, got all my kit squared away, and success!Thank you for taking the time to get me squared away and I’ll definitely be back (There’s a loyalty club ya’ll!!)“
