“I just love the atmosphere there and the coffee is 100% delicious.Parking: You half to pay for parking but it's so worth once you get inside the establishment and first thing you smell is the wonderful aroma's of coffee and pastries.Kid-friendliness: It's very much kid friendly. Everyone that works there is so welcoming and friendly to the children.Wheelchair accessibility: So it's one level foundation there's no ramps are difficult curbs to mess with just roll up to the door and go in.“
“Slice420 has the freshest ingredients. It's our favorite pizza in Colorado Springs. We love the owners. They do so much for the community.Wheelchair accessibility: My 7 year old son is wheelchair bound. I often have to change his diaper in the back of my van (rain or shine), because he is too big for diaper changing stations. Slice420 on Oro Blanco has a diaper changer that can be used for little ones up to adults.“
“I’ve been coming here since the first owner had it and this place never disappoints! I always love getting their Trifongo con pollo a la plancha. (Mashed plantains with grilled chicken breast). Their food is always good and their servers are really nice. They serve everything from Puerto Rican food to Cuban and honduran food. This is a great place to go if you want to try authentic Latin cuisine.Parking: There’s plenty of parking spots because this restaurant is located in a shopping center.“
“Absolutely amazing. Come prepared to eat a lot, or share sides. Lots of great food choices, and it all tastes authentic. Prices are reasonable and the owner is extremely nice. If you haven’t eaten here, you’re missing out. Great outdoor seating, delivery available.“
“Absolutely delicious. This is a perfect example of authentic Vietnamese cuisine with the natural umami flavor. Everything is clean and fresh. You can just tell when you eat how fresh and high-quality the ingredients are. Thank you so much. We'll be back!Best Vietnamese food we've had in the Springs!“
“Food was good. Ice cream even better! The line was long but it moves pretty quick. One thing that could improve is the waiting location for food pick up. And not making the hotdog in backwards order. Who really put mustard and onions on the bottom and a split dog on top?!? That's weird AF lol. Overall good ice cream will definitely be back for more!“
“Love being neighbors with these guys! A great addition to the downtown market of Colorado Springs. Looking forward to opening our luxury apartment homes 1/15/24, so our future residents are within walking distance to this amazing venue, plus so much more!!“
“First of all, that’s the best ice cream we’ve ever had. Secondly, the service was incredible. One of our kids doesn’t like very cold foods for sensory reasons. They made him a banana split without the ice cream to accommodate. He loved it!“
“Summa has a unique and very tasty menu that never disappoints! Plus they have a great selection of local micro brews and other standards, like Guinness on tap. Summa also hosts the local Notre Dame Southern Colorado Alumni Club for all the games which are always a lot of fun.“

“Fantastic sandwiches! Pastrami sandwich was a home run and the Doc Martin was an insanely delicious vegetarian sandwich option. I will be back... A lot!Vegetarian options: The only reason I marked somewhat instead of highly is because the vegetarian options were limited - but the Doc Martin was incredibly delightful.“
“This wonderful Veteran owned, local brewery is filled with great beer and personality!! Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, community minded and encourage well-behaved dogs and children to enjoy time with family and friends. The food truck rotation is delicious or outside food is welcome. The beer rotation and quality are some of the best in this town!! This is a must-visit location!! Thank you Urban Animal Beer Co for such a lovely experience!“
“A wonderful location and family running this little bistro/catering establishment. This little restaurant is pretty disarming for a reviewer. The moment you enter the establishment you realize it is an intimate family affair. The husband appears to run the front of the house and his wife (Susanna) creates in the kitchen. They are very sweet, endearing and the service was top notch from beginning to end. Their pricing is very surprising for what you receive, making this easily one of the the best bangs for your buck in all of downtown. The atmosphere is light and airy, the music was playing at the perfect volume and it was comfortable inside on a cold winter evening. My only minor critique would be it is the lighting is a little too bright with all the white walls and ceilings. Some amount of dimming would add a helping of warmth that would simply close the deal on their dining space.Their cocktail menu is better curated than many places downtown and as discussed above their pricing is amazing (not to mention their happy hour specials). You are getting crafty cocktails for nearly 30% less than you would at dozens of other places downtown. The two traditional old fashions we ordered were excellent, while the Mezcal based old fashioned, orange blossom martini and daiquiri were each a little overdone. Going a little overboard with the Mezcal made the Mexican themed old fashioned overly smoky, the orange blossom martini had a smidge too much vermouth and the daiquiri was overly sweet due to a touch too much syrup.Onto the meal. For me, the highlight was our appetizer. We ordered the Caprese salad with the charcuterie supplemental for 2 people. The Caprese was incredible, the use of blood orange infused olive oil is a stroke of genius. The charcuterie selection was also excellent with a generous Burrata, multiple meats, cheese, olives and fruit. This came out with bread rolls and naan along with some herbed butter, hummus and more olives. With two things changed this could have been one of the best charcuterie boards I’ve ever had. First the Burrata was served cold. While I prefer a warm Burrata, even room temp is acceptable, but when cold it really impacts the depth of its flavor. The second was related to the bread/crackers served with the board. It appeared we were given, what all patron’s receive as complimentary, which is a basket of dinner rolls and few pieces of naan. While these accompany the hummus (which was clearly homemade and amazing) and herbed butter it didn’t really support the charcuterie offerings all that well. A few Crostini, gourmet crackers or simply grilled sliced bread with a little olive oil would have made a huge difference when consuming the meats, cheeses and accoutrements on the board.Next entrees. My wife had the fettuccine Bolognese and it was excellent all around and the dollop of ricotta was a nice touch. I had the evening special, which was Steak Au Poivre with three gulf shrimp. I ordered the steak medium and it came out as a pretty thin cut of tenderloin, which was a bit of a surprise as opposed to the more traditional 1" medallion. I think the consequence of this was it was cooked closer to medium well, but it was still very tender. The sauce was what unfortunately hurt this dish. The brandy or Cognac used in the sauce was not completely cooked off, so I ended up with an alcohol taste off the back end of each bite. The dill coated gulf shrimp, mashed potatoes and asparagus were prepared perfectly. And finally dessert. They have many tempting options, but the waffle with peanut butter ice cream ended up being amazing and a great one to split.I’m nitpicking a little in this review, but it was a continuous theme from our first of what will be many experiences here and they are inches away from excellence in executing all aspects of their menu. With a little fine tuning, there is no reason they shouldn’t be a fixture downtown for years to come. Support small business!“
“Fantastic experience. Craig was incredibly attentive and provided great service. Definitely go for the flights of wine to find something you haven't experienced before. Baked brie, fig and prosciutto flatbread, and the warm dates were all excellent.“
“I can’t say enough good things about Peaks N Pines. Their beer is consistently fantastic and their service is top notch. All of the staff is friendly with one specific gentlemen being outstanding. My first visit was Bingo night, unknowingly, I came in a bit late and he helped me get caught up and made me feel right at home. I will update this post with his name when I return.“
“My husband has always loved the shrimp fries with flamingo sauce, but I got a catfish/shrimp plate and holy smokes - that shrimp is the most amazing thing I think I've ever had. The catfish was delicious too, but the fried shrimp is out of this world. 200/10 would recommend the menu, but especially the fried shrimp. Did I mention the fried shrimp??“
“Decent American food and fusion. There is happy hour but the portion to price ratio isn’t great, so if you are really trying to do happy hour and get full for your meal, go somewhere else. It’s a small place. The decora are hipster. Our waiter was good but the guy that sat us was… not really excited about his work? We had to wait a while before waiter even greeted us, and so did others, but I understand when they’re short staffed“
“Love the vibes. Both kids and dog friendly. There can be a lot of kids running around outside. They have 17 beers on tap, at least they did at the time we were there, not sure if they plus or minus on different days. They have one seltzer on tap and a variety of other beers. The El Mango was so good if you like a sweeter beer.Outside in the connexs they have different food options that you can select for. There’s a lot of seating, can get busy but still a good time.“
“Dietary restrictions: Drinks average between 5-8 dollars. Medium lattes come standard with 3 shots of espresso- normally I have to ask for an extra shot, but not here! Drinks were really well balanced - perfectly strong, sweet and bitter probably my new favorite coffee shop!“
“Oh hello. I was curious about this place because the hours were so limited but holy mother. This place is *outstanding*.Everything we tried was delicious. Like EVERYTHING. It was all incredibly reasonably priced as well?Nightingale is mostly just a window to sell their goods out of, so there is no where to sit in inclement weather. That said; we went on a nice Saturday morning and there were a bunch of picnic tables to enjoy our breakfast at.We got:-Fennel and fruit roll. Whole wheat roll w licorice and dried cherries and raisins I think. It wasn’t bad by any means but everything else was just so good.— Morning bun. Good lord inject this into my veins. Cinnamon puff pasty in a muffin like shape. Perfect texture-Everything roll - croissant scraps mixed with garlic and everything seasoning. Super delicious.- Italian focaccia. We ate this later in the day but it was fantastic too.By no means a heathy breakfast, but definitely a delicious one. I completely understand the hype.Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetarian breakfast.“
“Always come here for late night happy hour. Such a great variety of food options, beautiful drinks, and Veronica, the bar tender, is spectacular. Professional, accurate, hardworking and kind. She’s served us many times. Will definitely be back!“
“I brought a group of 15 people for dinner and the amazing crew in the truck off Fillmore and Hancock took all the orders and filled them in 30 minutes! It was so fast and so good! I know several people, myself included, will be back for more! Gracias!!“
“We were having a beer next door and they made it so easy to order from! I had the not so gringo pie and it was perfect. The fries were delicious as a side. Trying to find a reason to make it over to that side of town to try more off the menu!“
“Conveniently located downtown on South Tejon (across from Denver Biscuit Company and Streetcar 520). Small, clean, friendly, and good beer!! Dogs and families welcome. Pizza available or have food delivered. Outdoor space available, trivia on Tuesdays, live music Saturdays and open all week! Bring a buddy, co-workers, or plan a brewery crawl around town.“
“This is a great place for good coffee, good food and great employees. People are kind, there is adequate seating, just wish the actual seats were a bit more comfortable. Their pricings are very reasonable and well worth your drive and time.“
“Go here. Great beer, friendly staff, and a kind owner. Dogs are welcome inside. They don't have a food menu but they serve pizza and popcorn. Fun atmosphere. I recommend doing flights to sample their 12 beers. If you are a first responder, military, or a teacher you need to check it out.“
“The quality of the food is only superseded by the service!! I was ordering for a large group and the website was being troublesome, but when I walked in to place my complicated order in-person the service I received was above and beyond what I expected!! People like Talon, Janice, and Juni give Birdcall a great representation to high-quality experience anyone should expect from its wonderful reputation. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! And I appreciate Talon, Junie, and Janice, for making me feel so special. I appreciate their help so much.On my return: go inside to order!! The staff is amazing; Talin was awesome, again. He has great energy and was super helpful. Emily was great over the phone and very personable as well when I came in to prefer. Bird call rocks!!“
“Fun little spot with great barbecue. Accommodating to gluten free diets, if needed. They also have live music and a nice patio area. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Hearty portion sizes with a wide variety of options.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns and notify on the menu that you can request items be made gluten free“
“This brewery is AMAZING!!! Fantastic beer, super clean, incredibly kind and efficient service… and the plants!! Facing due west, they are taking full advantage of it!Beautiful place. Cool merch— Definitely stop in and check it out, play some games and drink some great beers!Only complaint: I wish they were closer to me on the north west side of town!“
“The donuts are unbelievably fluffy and airy. The jelly filled aren’t too sweet and the kolaches we had were nice. The owner is always kind and happy whether I’m a customer or delivery driver. Definitely recommend checking out this place for a nice quick breakfastKid-friendliness: Kids love donuts!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp from the parking lot to the lower level of the building and the door is wide.“
“Yummy icecream!! Trinity was very upbeat and super friendly & welcoming! Great service from this young lady. Model employee that represents the business well. The other young man was friendly as well, but he was helping other patrons. The grasshopper icecream was my fav of my 2 flavors. Thx so much!“
“One of the best breweries in Colorado Springs. Super friendly staff, excellent view, and very dog friendly. Thier experimental list of drafts is usually very good, with lots of creativity. No kitchen on premises, but they do allow outside food and frequently have food trucks. My only caution would be is that if you are not a dog or animal person you may want to pass it up, there are usually 4 or more dogs in the bar relaxing with thier owners in this fantastic environment. If you are a dog person? It's a must to add this place to your list“
“Tasteful brews and amazing views! I was quite pleased with the local beer options on tap and the overall aesthetic of brewery. Not to mention, the large and spacious rooftop patio and outdoor seating allowing for great views of the mountains and the ability to soak in the sunshine. Be sure to also take advantage of the M-F happy hour drink menu! Would highly recommend. I look forward to coming back when in the CO Springs area again.“
“Best Gyros in Colorado Springs. We had the classic Gyro on pita with Slovakia chicken, tomatoes onion lettuce, and tzatatziki sauce. The food was fresh made. We also had the classic with lamb and all the fixings, side of frys, and a large drink. The meat on both gyros was very tender and full of flavor, not salty, just well seasoned. The fries were great tender inside crisp exterior and Greek seasoning. The dining area was clean.“
“We are on a house hunting trip from Phoenix and stopped here to have a drink and lunch. The food here is phenomenal. Had gumbo and it was superb. Perfectly spiced and balanced with ample, sausage, peppers and the right amount of rice. Had sirracha and chipotle wings. The wings were smoked and then fried crispy. They were served with carrot sticks, and the dipping sauces, blue cheese and ranch, were homemade and absolutely delicious. Kerrin was our server and she too was great, attentive and helpful. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Great place to have lunch or dinner, they have a great selection of wings, beer and other adult drinks. Sports bar feel with so many TV to watch your favorite sport or you could just look out the large windows and enjoy the moutain views near Garden of Gods.“
“Wonderful dining experience. The waitress was great. Food was great. Loved the garden seating. Awesome Ruben. Loved the 5 mushroom gravy. Salmon on potato pancake was amazing. Sausage and potatoes very satisfying. Had homemade sauerkraut. Highly recommend.“
“I was thrilled to learn the Colorado Springs now has a vegan grill. I had high hopes that it would be great and it absolutely is. Fantastic, great tasting food at a very reasonable price. The only change I would suggest is to lower the cost of making the burger a double. It is $4. I think that is too much. Otherwise, I am delighted and will be going often. Although I've been vegetarian for decades, I think meat eaters would like it, too. Highly recommended!!!!“
“Nice chill tap room connected to a bike store. They serve a lot of Cerberus (which is next door) on draft which is great. Lots of indoor bike parking near the entrance. We went Monday evening and there were a few seats at the bar and a few tables (good for being the day after St Patrick’s). Bartender was nice and friendly, drinks were very good! I had the Scottish ale and would highly recommend. So glad to have these places in the neighborhood!“
“This place is less busy than the main brewery and it’s hidden gem. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was nice and empty. I’m sure the owners are not too happy that it’s empty but for us craft lovers, it was bliss compared to the hectic Saturday nights that everybody’s used to. I hope they keep this location open for a good minute and I hope it doesn’t become overcrowded once it becomes discovered.“
“Great experience! Sit at the bar if you want the best time, fun friendly bartenders making some amazing cocktails are very entertaining. The coffee bean martinis, oh my, waaay toooo good. It's just a happy low key scene that's guaranteed to make your day. First place we'll go next time we're in the Springs.“
“Not "quite" 100% Bavarian, but as close as it gets. The food was great. The waiter, Andre, was terrific. Sole complaint was that the accordion player was a bit loud for the small room we were in; but he'll be great in the biergarten when it gets warmer in the evening.“
“Always busy and always good. The staff is friendly and the food is always good to very good. Sometimes the brisket is excellent. It's loud and plan on standing in line but it moves quickly. A few gripes.....like so many bbq places it's flimsy plastic cutlery. Food is served on paper. Even paper plates would be better. Plastic cutlery is in big cups that every kid in the place can finger. They also have big tubs of iced bottles of drinks that children handle and it kind of grosses me out. Every time I'm there I've started noticing how many little kids handle the bottles on ice. Long picnic style tables...sometimes hard to find a clean spot. I'll keep going. The food and service is great but the dining experience is a little lacking.“
“This place is a blast when it's full and the live music is going. But it's also nice and cozy feeling for a quiet lunch. Staff is always friendly, and food is always delicious. The whole place is a feast for the eyes and such a charming restaurant.“
“I come here fairly frequently to work remotely and every time I come here the atmosphere is so welcoming, peaceful and for lack of a better word chill! Every barista I have been served by has been so patient, kind, and helpful in connecting me with the best first sips. However, I have to compliment Hayden on his amazing customer service, sincerely welcoming and upbeat attitude-- seriously the best and chatting with Hayden every time I come in it is a highlight. Hayden sets this coffee shop apart for me in regards to other places in town. Its the staff that makes this place awesome!!-River“
“What a very interesting place! The café/bar is attached to a climbing wall facility. The host/server greeted me and, as per the standing sign, I seated myself. They serve her/host came over with water, and asked if I needed a menu to which I replied, yes. He handed me a barcode card after asking if I could use it. Since I am fairly tech savvy, I took it and looked at the menu, I asked for some ice tea, but all they had was canned. They also had a variety of beers, but I am not a beer drinker. I asked the young man what kind of sweet siders or wine drinks he had. He told me he had a very good sweet cider on tap, so I ordered that. Plus, it was happy hour, so I got a dollar off. I decided that the Roman sounded good, and after chatting with the server/host, decided to have it with the pulled pork added. Everything came very quickly, and the food was wonderful! The Seiter was delicious. The pulled pork Ramin was very very good, I look forward to taking my husband and son to the Ute!“
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our server Mayanna was fantastic! Beers were unique and delicious, atmosphere was inviting and food was delicious... Highly recommend the "We Believe in Nothing" Hefe and the Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese with Truffle Fries... And the Bacon Bites Small Plate.“
“I absolutely loved this taproom. Very fun theme going on in here. I got excellent service. I ordered a flight of four beers. I loved 3 of the 4. Wasn't too high on the Angel Feather brown ale. I highly recommend stopping in here for quality beer in a great atmosphere.“
“The best location we have been to so far! The gentlemen there tonight were so kind and polite even when it got busy! Plus, the kids hot chocolate was the perfect temperature right away so that I didn’t have to hear my 21 month old scream until it cooled off ? and we appreciated the barista asking if it was too hot- thank you!!“
“Had Shoyu Ramen and they were nice enough to add just a little bit of spice for me (health reasons I have to avoid it) and it went down great without any problems for me :) The service was great and I think we picked the perfect time to come in as the place not having many people in it made the ambience great. This is easily the best ramen I've had in the springs hands down!“
