When you’re first perusing the menu, you’ll want one of everything because it all sounds so scrumptious! Get one of everything. Get anything. You can’t go wrong! We had the Island, Guava Lava, Yucatán, and chimi shrimp tacos, Cubano & smoked pork loin sandwiches, & the chicken sofrito empanadas…. All amazing!! Flavor on flavor on flavor!! We left PigLatin food drunk. I often dream about PigLatin at night. This will be our first stop if ever we return to Colorado Springs!“
“I’ve been coming here since the first owner had it and this place never disappoints! I always love getting their Trifongo con pollo a la plancha. (Mashed plantains with grilled chicken breast). Their food is always good and their servers are really nice. They serve everything from Puerto Rican food to Cuban and honduran food. This is a great place to go if you want to try authentic Latin cuisine.Parking: There’s plenty of parking spots because this restaurant is located in a shopping center.“
