“We love El Korita! They are the best Mexican food truck in town hands down. It always hits the spot especially coming from California and being very picky when it comes to Mexican food. My husband always asks for his tripa extra crispy and they never fail at making it crispy and still keeping it savory. We come back quite often and are regular customers and they are always very kind. Definitely recommended!“
“I’ve been coming here since the first owner had it and this place never disappoints! I always love getting their Trifongo con pollo a la plancha. (Mashed plantains with grilled chicken breast). Their food is always good and their servers are really nice. They serve everything from Puerto Rican food to Cuban and honduran food. This is a great place to go if you want to try authentic Latin cuisine.Parking: There’s plenty of parking spots because this restaurant is located in a shopping center.“
“Real flavor and good balance of spiceBest breakfast burritos I have tasted in the springs.Good pricing, love they are open earlyOnly thing I could see getting better is the tortilla, it is fine but they could level it up and I be happy to pay a little more.“
“So my birria tacos were fire. They really do raise the bar for the area of Colorado Springs. Burritos according to my wife, not her favorite. Maybe a little work needed there. But I’m not deducting points for that because of how good those tacos were. Burritos are not my thing any way. I’ve never had a taco that good in all of Colorado. All of us are good at a particular thing. Tacos are their thing. I’ve been seeing this taco truck for way too long. I’m kicking myself that I waited this long. Don’t underestimate the food truck.“
“Wow what a nice surprise finding this food truck!!! Best al pastor taco I have ever eaten. The owner prepared my food…scratch made tortilla and the ingredients were fresh. Super nice people. I was so impressed! I will drive to where ever they are at to try more of the menu!“
“I brought a group of 15 people for dinner and the amazing crew in the truck off Fillmore and Hancock took all the orders and filled them in 30 minutes! It was so fast and so good! I know several people, myself included, will be back for more! Gracias!!“
“By far the best street tacos I have had in town. The Al pastor mix they have is amazing. They also have birria tacos which are the cheesiest most mouth watering tacos in the world. I have gone to this truck for many years now and they are the kindest family who recognize there customers and know my order before I do sometimes. Would highly recommend.“
“Randy came to set up for a school event of ours. He stays in the snow to serve food. We ordered the barbacoa and brisket - it was delicious!!! The pinto beans were super yummy and the sweet tea reminded me of East coast sweet tea!! Thank you Randy!“
“This was my first time eating at Roll Up, and I must say I’m impressed. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap, I wasn’t expecting the size of the wrap I received this everything tasted fresh. And this wrap is big enough to feed two people. I’ll be back to try more.“
“As authentic as you can make it being in such a different climate comparing to Peru. Antiquchos are amazing, so far my favorite and Lomo Saltado was so flavorful and juicy. Excited to have this cuisine in town at last!Parking: Very easy to park“
“Tacos are some of the few in town that remind me of home (las Vegas) tripa, asada, pastor, and bierria are all recommend!!! Their green salsa is a bit on the spicy side but a good mild flavor.Sadly, government caused inflation is hitting everyone hard, especially the food industry, so their tacos are around $3 each. Still the cheapest I've found so far.“
“I got to say it wasn’t a quick but good things rarely are. The mofongo con tripleta was really on point and was the best I’ve had since having it in Puerto Rican neighborhoods in Chicago. The empanada was flakey and the beef was moist and spiced perfect. Coming again when I’m back in the Springs for sure sure.“
“We have been a customer for about two years now and we love this place! This is the only place we grab our tacos! It's the best, well seasoned, and just everything melts in your mouth for how tender it is. MUY BUENO!Also, sometimes they run out of meat, make sure to call and ask if the meat you want is still available.“
“So good! My husband and I were craving a burger for lunch on our road trip. We didnt fast food and we didn't want to go to a sit down restaurant and we didn't want to go far off I25. JoJo's was perfect. Fast and tasty and good prices. Oh and the owner is super lovely and friendly. Can't wait to go back“
“I have had Mexican food all over the country and I have lived in Mexico but I absolutely love ❤️ the Carnita tacos at The Fiesta Grill (Food Truck). They are so good and so simple just like you would expect them be if you got them in Mexico. If you love real Mexican tacos, ♥️ you need to stop by and try their tacos where you like carnitas. El pastor, carna Masada or torttas or anything Mexican just stop buy and see what you want to try. You won't be sorry you stoppedI stop overtime I am in Colorado Springs.“
“We finally managed to eat at this food truck a few days ago (had been trying to for a long time and could never manage to get to them when they're open) and weren't disappointed! It can be a little tricky to find them, as they're in different places all of the time (the address that Google Maps shows is not correct). I haven't found a place that lists where they're planning to be, very consistently, but if you send them a message through their Facebook page or call them, they are extremely responsive. We both got sweet crepes and both were excellent. Beautifully made and super tasty! I would VERY highly recommend this place - we'll absolutely be finding them again!“
“I seen Mr. Pollo truck by Home Depot and decided to support their business. I got the whole chicken and was surprised with the price and how much food you get. The chicken was outstanding and well worth every dollar. It also came with beans, rice and peppers. I love this place and will be a frequent customer.“
“This is a great place to take your little ones (or yourself) on a hot day. They're located in the parking lot of Cottonwood Creek Park near the YMCA so there's ample parking. Everyone is friendly and service is quick. Sometimes they have chairs out so you can enjoy your shaved ice there. They have lots of options of flavors and toppings too. We'll definitely be back when we're craving for something to cool us off.“
“This place is the Best if I want a small snow cone I could just drive over there and have something that is small but delicious at the same time I give this all five stars Because they are amazing And I hope they keep on going in the future(\_/)(•~•)(>?This is for you guys from me“
“You are missing out if you don’t visit the el Paisa taco truck. No comparison. Hands down the BEST Mexican food! Real food! Real flavor! Real Good! Every Friday night I go to the south east corner of circle and airport cuz that’s where el PAISA is! Can’t get enough! Their barbacoa is always awesome. Been coming for a long time and every time it’s the best! Consistently Fantastic. And they are fast too! Makes my mouth water just writing this review! Seriously my favorite place to get food!!“
“The absolute best lumpia in town, and the pancit is to die for! They work fast and it’s a reasonable price for all that you get. My new favorite food truck! I wish they were out more often but the times that I do catch them, It’s always awesome.“
“Absolutely amazing. Come prepared to eat a lot, or share sides. Lots of great food choices, and it all tastes authentic. Prices are reasonable and the owner is extremely nice. If you haven’t eaten here, you’re missing out. Great outdoor seating, delivery available.“
