The employees here are nice but I'm tired of them getting my drink wrong or making it poorly. I mean, it's a frozen caramel coffee with wc and drizzle. Today it came basically iced which is quite hard to drink when it's not quite frozen but not full ice....Not impressed.
I went to grab a dozen donuts for the fam using the drive thru. When I ordered I was informed at the first of the year you will no longer get to select what you want in the dozen, unless you go inside the store. The reason given was that they have a 170 second turn around time per customer. What this means in reality is if they go over the alloted time, the store doesn't get a bonus for on time delivery. I went inside about a week ago to only get original hot black coffee and only added mocha. So I had hot mocha coffee and it tasted really great. I'm not one of those constant coffee drinkers.
