The first visit was 2 pm, we wanted to try the new Dunkin on Interquest in Colorado Springs. My husband went down with a list since we were having friends over for a meeting. From the list?! Of 2 dozen dough nuts, NONE! Not any?! NONE! Not a one. Dunkin is a donut shop!! Second visit a week later, they had a dozen chocolate icing, but nothing else on our list. If this does not get better, Dunkin will be getting a poor reputation when they close hours later!!
I came on a day where a few things were going wrong for the location (donuts hadn't arrived that morning, gate hadn't been unlocked, etc). The staff though, specifically Taylanna, were so kind and accommodating during a busy rush. Taylanna never once lost the smile on her face as she helped customer after customer. It's the best customer service I've received at Dunkin Donuts. I hope that the company knows what a valuable employee they have!!

Unfortunately this is inside the Great Wolf Lodge so all of the prices are skyrocketing. Half dozen of donuts and four coffees cost over $40. Donuts were good, taco's were a disgrace, and the prices... So high.
