They don’t always have everything but that’s to be expected. Emily was so nice and made everything right. I may not have gotten exactly what I wanted but I walked away happy and felt appreciated as a customer.

Ordered two iced coffees on the app they said they were going to be ready at 724 when I arrived they were waiting on the counter and I asked if it was my order and she said no. Then 10 minutes later, handed me the drinks that I asked if they were mine with the ice and whip cream completely melted. When I asked for them to be remade, they took their sweet time remaking the drinks. 1:30 iced coffees

Staff extremely rude. Woman taking orders does not greet customers and did not answer questions about menu items. If you don’t to deal with people, don’t work in customer service.

Unfortunately this is inside the Great Wolf Lodge so all of the prices are skyrocketing. Half dozen of donuts and four coffees cost over $40. Donuts were good, taco's were a disgrace, and the prices... So high.

I would give it no stars if I could. Went there and the latte machines were down. So I ordered a cold brew. Something that is done that quick and yet it took them a while before noticing we were even there. Employee’s was just on their phone and didn’t acknowledge us at all!!!! Very disappointed.I guess Starbucks it is!!!!!
The first visit was 2 pm, we wanted to try the new Dunkin on Interquest in Colorado Springs. My husband went down with a list since we were having friends over for a meeting. From the list?! Of 2 dozen dough nuts, NONE! Not any?! NONE! Not a one. Dunkin is a donut shop!! Second visit a week later, they had a dozen chocolate icing, but nothing else on our list. If this does not get better, Dunkin will be getting a poor reputation when they close hours later!!

We were so happy to get a Dunkin close to us. We were so disappointed. We went in around noon to bring some donuts to our daughter. There was not many choices. We asked if that's all there was.The choices were slim. No cake donuts. No chocolate or carmel raised. It's a donut shop, shouldn't there be donuts? Just asking for a friend. We won't be back, judging by the two at the counter. They could care less.

Ordered a Latte and got a side of attitude from worker Chrissy. The Latte was warm at best and just meh. The girl who made it was friendly, but that other one?. I was really shocked that Great Wolf guest would be treated this way.

Was my first time ever trying Dunkin and the staff was rude. They messed my drink up and when I apologized and corrected my drink they literally just added more ice. They did not remake it. They also were extremely rude at the fact that I said this is wrong. My tater tots were also still cold and again they were rude that I said it. For $12 for 2 items you would think they would do their best. 0/10
