Employees were arguing with eachother, and it took 20 minutes to make a single bagel. I was the only customer in the store, and it took them 20 minutes to make one single bagel!

This place has a lot of bad reviews, but I just love love love my bagels and the always polite employees. I truly wish we could sit inside but alas, they haven’t changed that yet. But the bagels never disappoint. I get the all-

Not sure why I continue to give this Einstein location, another opportunity, as I'm disappointing every single time. Knowing the frustration that I always have when I go there, I tried to place the order online and it didn't work. So then I called and after the person answered the phone, they hung up on me. So then I went to the location, waited way too long (I was 2nd in a line of 8) and no one ever came out to help the ONE person in the store that was visibly working. Of course, they then had a very poor choice of bagels to offer at 11 AM.I know it's hard to find people, but surely there's more than one person in the entire store that can service customers. Not only am I an individual but I'm a local business owner that frequently orders out food for larger groups. How can this Einstein location be one of the choices that we consider?Someone in a management capacity, that no doubt gets a bonus based on increased revenue, can reach out to me if they'd like.The manager of Einstein's replied to me today. They want me to share the details at their website. I already shared the details. Can I be inconvenienced me any more now that they're asking me to go to their website to again share what I've already shared? WTF!

Twice in a row now we have asked for our bagels toasted with NO tomatoes on mine, and the bagels were not toasted and mine kept coming with tomatoes and today there was the TINIEST amount of cream cheese and the whole bottom of the bagel was soaked in tomato juice..I’m paying 10$ for the Nova lox, I want my food properly done and not skimped on.. going to another location now.

First we were greeted with a girl who seemed so spaced out on edibles, she was hard to talk too. I asked for a water cup since the fountain machine wasnt working, she gave me the cup but i guess she didnt realize the water was hot and no ice. Second we ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwhich which was NOT what we got. Just egg and bacon. We were already 20min down the road when we found out so couldn't back track plus she asked if I needed the receipt and I stupidly said no. Either way, it was a waste of money. The ONLY good thing about our experience was some cute little dog with a jacket running around. Hope something changes here because the lady in front of us stormed out mad as well.

Totally got the order wrong, and gave me a bit of attitude for bringing it back. Without the seating area, it's just a other drive through. Used to really like Einsteins, but they just lost it during Covid, and really haven't put the effort in to getting any better. Would like to see them get it back.

No dining space. You have to eat on a bench, or sit outside in the cold. Very dystopian vibe. Y'all should get tables, they're super dope for dining.

I was disappointed to find out that their dining room is still closedapparently because of their fear of Covid after three years. LAME EXCUSE! I had to find a place in the hot sun to eat my food. Service was Non-existant and they still wanted a tip. If you will not careabout the customers they will never go back. I will never go back.

Put in an order on the app for the Centennial and Garden of the Gods location, got an error message that the first payment did not go through but was charged twice for the same order (a total of 160$). Called the store and they referred me to the corporate contact form, who never got back to me. Will not be going there again and will leave this review on all their local franchises.

Would be nice if Einstein would offer some indoor tables for us to eat our food... pretty lame that the company is still stuck in covid days
