Took them 20 minutes to make 2 medium sandwiches.No customers in front of us and 4 people working behind counter.Food not very good.Wont go back.A,shame cause we used to go quite often and was great back
We live in Loveland/Ft. Collins and had come down to Colorado Springs for Christmas. On our way out of town to head home, we stopped at this Firehouse. For whatever reasons, my daughter had never eaten at Firehouse before. We absolutely loved our sandwiches guys! Thank you. Plus, very friendly staff.

A while back I placed an order at the store. When I got home I realized it was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke to the manager. I explained what I got wasn't what I ordered.
