Started with the Mussels which were some of the best that I have had. This was followed by the Pan Roasted Filet Mignon. Excellent, but not as wonderful as the Bangs Island Mussels. A special thanks to Voit, our waiter who was great throughout the evening.

Excellent meal and service at The Summit. Another very good Broadmoor restaurant. Very reasonable cocktail prices. Our server, Meaghan, was great and told us the chef was very good at Peruvian cuisine. We tried the Peruvian Ceviche on her recommendation and were not disappointed - it was delicious! For our entrees, we truly enjoyed the roast duck and mushroom pot pie. The side heirloom tomato salad was a perfect choice, and the tomatoes were very flavorful. No room for dessert this time.

while the food was good, I was definitely underwhlemed by the portion size on my aglonotti dish compared to my friend's paella and then a chicken/rice dish (yes, different dishes but when I'm paying that price, it was underwhelming!). I would definitely recommend the profiteroles for dessert as well.

My husband and I dined at the Summit on April 14, 2022. We have dined at the Summit several times in our previous stays at the Broadmoor. I had the Imperial Salad which can best be described as a chopped salad with zero flavor. Needless to say, I did not finish it. My husband had the Caesar salad which he said was quite nice (1 point). I had the roasted chicken as an entree and my husband had the paella. The chicken looked appealing, but was bland at best. The scallops in my husband's entree were not fully cooked, thus we both left more on our plates than we actually consumed. I honestly cannot recommend this restaurant. If you want a good meal at a decent price in the Springs, go to Cowboy Star!

My wife and I dined here for Valentine's Day during our stay at The Broadmoor and had a wonderful evening. The menu was delicious and creative and we enjoyed every selection that our waiter recommended. A highlight of our visit!

The Summit at the Broadmoor is ta place you go on a special occasion. One of us ordered the tasting menu with the premium wine pairing, the other ordered a lobster salad and Texas venison. Both meals were excellent! The sommelier, Paul, provided an exquisite set of wines. Our waiter was a remarkably seasoned young woman who attended to us at exactly the right times. By chance, The Summit was not busy, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. You are sure to get a world-class experience if you don't let the price tag bother you. Go. Enjoy, Eat. Order what your heart desires. You are at the Broadmoor after all. If you have to pinch pennies, or are concerned about the bill, this is not the place for you. But, if you can put that aside, an epicurean delight awaits.

Outstanding thanks party of 12 had a phenomenal dinner at the Summit. The setting is beautiful and the service is extraordinary. The wine list is really beyond top notch and I really have no complaints at all, only compliments. Our server, Roxanne, was fantastic. The entrees were all perfect. We look forward to returning.

The food and the service were 5 star. I had the tasting menu and it had delicious and unique flavour pairings: horseradish cream on tomatoes - yum. However, I also had the premium wine pairing. I had asked (and received) for a description of both sets of choices before making a decision. I chose the premium package because of one particular wine, a favourite that is seldom available by the glass and I told the sommelier at the time that particular wine was the reason for my choice. During service, however, that wine and another was switched out for something else. When I pushed back the sommelier said I’d like the new one just as much (not). It felt like a bait and switch.
We had the pleasure of dining at the Summit and loved every minute of it. The staff was phenomenal and we were fortunate to have the manager, Mr. Terry, for most of our service. The highlight of the dinner was the Chocolate Sphere, which is highly recommended for anyone with a taste for chocolate and a love of suspense! I don't want to give it away, but it is remarkable and worth the splurge. My wife had the salmon and I had the halibut and they were both outstanding! Additionally, the sides were quite good. A gem of an experience that highly compliments the Broadmoor, with which it is affiliated.

We visited the Brodmoor 4 days and made a dinner reservation for the Summit Grille and were very impressed by the wine list, the food and the service. I started with a GUINNESS on tap then Rose. I ate the rack of Lamb and my spouse the trout. Both portions were too big. The views were magnificent from our table, and definitely recommend this restaurant

The Broadmoor holiday decorations were very well done adding to the understated ambiance of the restaurant. When my family (3 of us) made reservations the only time we could get for dinner was 8:45pm. A bit late but we said OK. En route we received a phone call from the restaurant saying that they had some cancellations and could seat us earlier. Great! The service level continued on that same high level throughout the outstanding meal. We all ordered different entrees and we were very pleased with the quality and portion size of the entrees. If I lived closer this would definitely be my 1st choice for a celebratory dinner.

Went out with a group to enjoy the icon hotel. We found this excellent resturant where we had signature cocktails and delicious appetizers. The service was a outstanding and it made the night so special. Definitely earns its name and is a few feet above that.
