The dish with the prosciutto (speck ham) is CHESTRNUT tortellini and it is OUT OF THIS WORLD if you know how to enjoy food. This truffle, she is fantastic. Many thanks. The Hamachi was delightful the passion fruit was a blast! Great. There's a good amount of zest as befits an excellent restaurant.
