Worst experience we've had in a restaurant in years.90 minutes in, had half our food [party of 6] and what we had was cold and not edible. Hard shell tacos were cold, soggy, and falling apart. They served half of the fajita entrees, stuff missing, fajitas were not sizzling, very dry and cold. Our server didn't come to our table, the silverware all had crusty dried food on it, not clean. Gross.Spoke to the manager twice and there were no solutions in sight.Left without eating and went to Il Vicino instead.

This was a favorite of our family and we were regular customers. No complaints until the top brass of the company started changing the menu. Service and staff have always been good. The Littleton, CO location was closed. We moved to Colorado Springs and started going to that location. Now they are changing the drink recipes. We are not happy. This would be a full five starts in my opinion but corporate seems to be causing problems. I hope they reconsider their choices.

First time here. Just ordered an appetizer nachos to share with shredded chicken, I thought it was kinda boring and bland. I haven't had anything from the regular menu so I can't comment on that. The service was great and our waiter was wonderful.

Overpriced for the type of food. The atmosphere was very nice but the food was just average.

We enjoy the food everytime we come here! The fajitas for two is always a great option. The charro beans are to die for. We'll probably pick this place more often for date night.

Cute place with good enough service. The Diablo margarita is really good and has a kick of spiciness. Strawberry Lemonade was not too sweet, which I like but didn’t have much flavor. Husband ordered steak fajitas and I got Jalisco (shrimp, chicken and steak). I didn’t care for the shrimp, the steak and chicken were not great either. Chips and sauce were yummy. Queso blanco was definitely orange, not white. The beans were delicious! There are places I like better for the value. Probably won’t come back.

Always delicious food. Love the homemade tortillas and the jalapeño margaritas are the best. Love the new sleek white paint. Looks clean and bright and modern. Bravo!

Service was horrible. At one hour had ordered one drink from the bar and had not ordered food yet.

Hacienda used to be a great spot for a Friday or Saturday night in the summer. My husband and I just had a meal of 3 cheese enchiladas, 1 ceviche, 1 salad and 3 cocktails (at $18 EACH!) $122 for this meal...this is not NYC! It's worth noting we had 'well' and not premium cocktails. Unless this is addressed, we will not be dining here again and definitely won't be bringing our groups of 6-10 as we have in the past. American greed at it's finest... SMH

My wife and I had high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly, we left very disappointed. From the outside, the restaurant is portrayed to be an upscale, high end, fine-dining experience, but the inside misses the mark in every aspect. The ambiance made us feel like we were at the VFW, or a birthday venue owned by the city that was rented out by the restaurant. The white walls were less than desirable, which made us feel like we were not at an upscale Mexican restaurant; however, the prices still reflected as though we were. We spent over $120 for 2 entrees, quac, and a couple drinks after the 20% tip was factored in. Not to mention, our server dropped off the food and we never saw her again, that is until we were ready to pay - roughly 30 minutes. The food was mediocre and definitely nothing to brag about, especially for those prices. I do not believe we will be coming back.

I am truly saddened to write this review as I have always loved to come here to eat. I assure I will not be returning. We had a large party of over 10 so we were well aware of all delay due to the size of our parties. We had a reservation for 6:30pm and did not leave until 9:30pm, 3 hours later. It took 30 minutes just to receive our drinks, over and hour to get our food. Once we recieved our food it was cold, dry and soggy. Our plates were not cleared after we were all finished so we were forced to eat dessert over dirty dishes. Our waitress was inattentive and many times we had to seek her out to get basic things such a refills or chips. We expressed our concerns to the manager and he did not seem interested to remedy or attend to any of these issues. He instead made lousy excuses and failed to do his job. After we finally ate dessert 2 hours later our waitress disappeared. We had to track her down just to get our checks. Multiple times did she spit the checks wrong and add item we did not order. She took our credit cards and disappeared for 20-25 minutes until we yet again had to go look for her. It took us 45 minutes to pay and leave. This was a terrible experience for party paying over $400.
