Increasing prices for paying almost $15 an hour for servers is understandable. However, charging an automatic 20% gratuity on top of the increased prices is a double expense that I will not pay again.
A must do at the Broadmoor in need of an updated menu or more thoughtful preparation of current offerings. Way overstaffed and yet still felt like we had to track down assistance. That said, our group had a great time singing the evening away.

We went here every night during our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing place to share a drink or two with friends to end the day. Didn't order any food here. Service is superb.
