After 2 hours of waiting for our food with three small children, we finally gave up and just asked for our food to go. Service was great and apologetic. They knew they were short on cooks, but still packed the dining room to capacity. All tables seemed to be in the same situation and frustrated. Terrible experience! Hopefully they figure out staffing and how to not over seat if they are short handed.

The restaurant was clean, and the front of house staff was awesome!! We got seated quickly, and our server Sasha was attentive and kind. The only downfall was the slow pace of the kitchen. It took us upwards of 30 minutes to get our food-- Sasha explained that the FOH keeps getting sat but the kitchen is so low staffed food was taking forever. I would suggest the management take a moment to staff their kitchen.

This IHOP was very clean and not busy which was great for us. Our waiter was awesome and engaging with welcomed conversation. My waffle and chicken was slightly toasted but still good. We will definitely return to this restaurant which near Interquest and I-25.Parking: Ample space gas available.Kid-friendliness: Food for kids and adults.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors, one level and handicapped parking.

We figured we would stop by because of the coupons in the mail. The server had poor customer service skills and for how empty the restaurant was, she took a long time to get to us. The food was ok. Don’t waste your time with this location. If it’s empty during brunch time, it should be a big red flag that they have a lot to work on.

IHOP is participating in a scam with their coupons. We got one in the mail for a buy one get one entree free. We went today and it turns out you have to buy two drinks in order to get the deal. We buy two glasses of orange juice, which ends up being $10. Essentially you are paying for an entree. In addition, the food made us sick. I would not recommend going here there are way better breakfast places near by, that don’t dupe their customers.
Clean well lit IHOP with good service and a large parking lot. Server was efficient and pleasant. Food was good (breakfast of course!). Disappointed only with strawberries on waffle. Menu pic showed fresh strawberries but it was berries in syrup.
