Love KFC...this particular one is anything but competent when it comes to getting the food to the customer. Ordered online and the doors were locked upon arrival. Waited in the car until we reasonably concluded they gave our food to the car next to us. 45 min waiting the parking lot to get food...unacceptable. There has to be a better way!
1. Couldn't hear the person taking the order - she said they're having problems with the speaker2. I specifically requested and extra biscuit with the order and paid extra to get it. I had to wait because they were making fresh biscuits. When I finally got my order and went home, the additional biscuit was NOT in the bag!!!! How hard is it to get a single meal order right?
