I went to McDonald’s and I got the new bacon Cajun ranch deluxe McCrispy sandwiches and the chicken was rubber and chewy and I couldn’t even chew into the sandwiches. And I was mainly eating bread. And missing the bacon on it. So DO NOT GET THIS SANDWICH????

Place is disorganized and bad customer support. Gave away my order. Ordered at Kiosk and did not print a receipt, waited at our table for 20 mins. Inquired about our order and due to not having a receipt. I was not able to get refund or retake order after showing them in bank account that I did pay. Left with starving kids and no happy meals.

Places an 2 different order for the free cheese burger through the app for pick up at counter. Arrived at about 10:20 waited for about 35 mins before we were asked what we were doing there we explained that we were waiting for 2 pick up orders then was given one. Sat back down and was told to leave by what I thought was the ruddest employee ,we then told her I'm still waiting on my order and requested my receipt on the app and i provided it I was told they don't have it on there screen and that the were closed for over an hour now, and again she told me to leave. I asked for her name and she refused to give it then went in back. The next person who came out was even worse, went thought the same questions with this lady showed my receipt on the app again and this lady tried to say I already received my order, I explained no I have not the first order was his it's right here, the order number on mine is not the same as the order we recieved. I was just told by the last lady you had not received my order now your telling me I was given it already?? Her response was are lobby closed hours ago now and walked away. At this point I'm so beyond upset and shocked at the worst possible service even. I left there with nothing which is fine it was a free sandwich. I wasted an hour + of my night to be disrespected by some horrible employees. Your job is to provide a very easy service, and both ladies if you want to even call them that FAILED horribly. If it would have been an order I paid for I would not have left till I got the first ladies name and my order. Never again will I go there and I will forever share my experience with EVERYONE about this location.

This is consistently the slowest fast food I've ever gone to. I have actually spent 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 4-5 cars in front of me. You'll sit at the speaker for 5-10 minutes waiting to order because they only service one lane at a time. This is typically my last choice for food even though I actually like McDonalds but the horrendous speed of this place makes it not worth it.

I haven't had such poor service, repeatedly. This location is always the worst! Even just running through to grab a drink is never quick. The owner of this store should be ashamed to run such a poor establishment. I have gone back periodically but I can honestly say I will never visit this location again. The children that work there are running it in the ground.
