Rush bowls is not only delicious and healthy but the employees make it that much better! I am obsessed with the super protein smoothie, and the high tide bowl. Love that there is gluten free, and vegan options. There are so many options for everyone too. Lots of boosts to add into your smoothie or bowl to give you extra vitamins. Friendly employees! I really liked the green smoothie. Not overly sweet but not bitter at all. I also got a power bowl which was yummy but I hope that Rush can add options for granola without hemp :)

We love rush bowls but usually go up north, where they have one blender dedicated to being nut-free to reduce cross contamination risk. It would be great if this was a standard practice at all locations.
