I am hard of hearing, and there is a lot of background noise here. I couldn't hear the gentleman making my pizza, so I told him (3 times) that I was having a hard time hearing him, and he continued to speak real low. I usually can make out certain words at other places with background noise like this and put two and two together, but this guy was really soft-spoken. Unfortunately this MOD on this day wasn't on it!!We ordered online because we were running behind but instead of having it ready when we arrived they didn't start on our order until we got there. Neither person working at the time was doing much. Guess it was too hard to look up from their phone to see the print out of our order right in front of them. We usually love MOD but........
