“I went there for my first time with friends for a retirement lunch. There was a very sweet vibe there as it's in a converted Victorian house. The service was adequate but not warm. They did everything they were suppose to but it was not that friendly. I guess I thought in a home environment it would be a little warm and fuzzy. I want to emphasize though the service was not bad. I had the club sandwich which was very good. It is not your traditional club though. It was a good sandwich cut in half with fresh ingredients. Two people in our party ordered a salad with salmon on it and they liked it very much. The fourth had the chicken quiche which she raved about. I had a cup of the onion soup, and the broth was excellent. I wish there was a bit more cheese but still quite good. We got dessert. We got one carrot cake and one creme Brule to share. They were ok. The carrot cake was substantial and very rich. The Brule was super tiny but pretty tasty. Two of us had sodas to drink. For four of us it was 87.00 for lunch. It was a nice outing. I feel like it was a bit pricy overall for the amounts of food given. Still it was a good place to eat overall.“
“Wonderful dining experience. The waitress was great. Food was great. Loved the garden seating. Awesome Ruben. Loved the 5 mushroom gravy. Salmon on potato pancake was amazing. Sausage and potatoes very satisfying. Had homemade sauerkraut. Highly recommend.“
“The Broadmoor is in its own class, delivering an experience above 5-Stars. The staff are genuinely helpful, here to make your stay an experience you will fondly remember. Pet friendly. Original historic photos and paintings of the Western Art Collection. The restaurants are also top-notch. We tried Ristorante del Lago and Summit for dinner along with Lake Terrace Dining Room for the buffet breakfast.Dietary restrictions: Garlic and food allergy sensitive and avoidable.“
