This place is terrible. 2 people worki g at dinner time on a Saturday. Some kid in charge that is very clearly overwhelmed and out of his depth. Thus is the norm for this location. The pizza is never ever ready when they say it will be!!

At 740 tonight I called to have a pizza prepared for me since they don't have to cook the damn thjng I live a block away could be there by 750 but the butch girl or boy said they weren't taking calls....my gf spoke first stating she realized the closing time and that she promised to be there fast and tip good....then got itriated when the worker said huh what....tried calling back to speak with shift lead or manager and they kept hanging up....like come on ur jot.cooking it....

Thin crust! I said thin crust...how flipping hard is it!?I am partially deaf and I feel like it was on purpose because I couldn't hear what he said.I understand that people make mistakes but my gut feeling is that they thought it would be funny.Well ha ha a wicked googly gentleman... you got me.I wanted a thin crust because I am a diabetic.There's a reason for turnover....it's usually bad management.Hopefully your parents don't own any of the other ones in town. Read some other reviews and you will see a pattern of disrespect.

Tried to call and complain because our pizzas did not have extra cheese, Nor the extra meat stuff. Pizza barely had any meat in it at all. No extra cheese at all. Everything was overcharged and they were not willing to make it right. They told us if it's edible. We just had to keep it basically.

I went inside to order. The lady at cash register was occupied with something else. I ordered a 5 meat stuffed with easy sauce and a NYXL with easy sauce. Got my pizzas home and baked them. The had extra sauce. I had to fix myself something to get due to the extra red sauce.Very disappointing ?

My recent visit to Papa Murphy's left much to be desired. The overall experience was far from pleasant. The pizza I ordered lacked the quality I expected.Unfortunately, what truly marred my experience was the attitude of one particular employee. This individual, who was adorned with numerous tattoos and piercings, exhibited a level of indifference and rudeness that was frankly shocking. Customer service should be a priority for any establishment, and this employee fell far short of even basic expectations.It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism, as it tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment. I hope Papa Murphy's takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Went in on Friday 9/22 and was verbally insulted by their employee because she didn’t want to make my pizza as I came in “too close” to closing time. I have never been treated with such disrespect and was too worried to actually eat my pizza so ended up throwing it out. Will not be going to any more of your establishments or my church as I do not feel comfortable with the standard of employee you hire. I plan to call management on Monday , as they were not there Saturday, to call in the description of employee.

Hi there I just would like to let you know that a certain employee (Abigail - red hair/piercings/tattoos) in your establishment has made false claims about other restaurants on their page as well as harass employees. This is not appropriate or appreciated and I will let others know they should not purchase from here due to such actions and will be contacting corporate to inquire about the type of employees hired at these establishments.

I tried my very first Papa Murphy's Pizza recently and I was very disappointed. The crust was completely flavorless and the sauce was nothing but tomato paste. And on top of that, the cheese was very poor quality is had virtually no oil in it. A friend told me that it used to be better but then they changed some of the ingredients no doubt to increase profit. So once again a greedy large corporation is trying to squeeze every penny out of everybody one way or another. But in this case, it is truly a case of pennywise and pound foolish because I eat a lot of pizza but I won't be eating any more of these pizzas. Truthfully, I have had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store.

Never get the order right. You don't feel welcome. Pizzas haven't tasted good after cooked. Place is messy and slow.

Horrible service. We ordered 2 pizzas and at the time were the only 2 people in the store. 4 people came in after us (only 1 was an online order and he added to his order at the store). They proceeded to make every single other person’s order before us before finally making ours.

I've been going to Papa-Murphys for close to 20 years and although the pizza has always been good, the customer service is usually sub-par. Today, Carlos took my order at the centennial branch and it was the best customer service I've ever had there. He was super friendly and pleasant and got our order done quickly and accurately. Give that man a raise!
