You can find classic flavors such as mango, strawberry and coconut. But you can also try taro, lychee, wintermelon, matcha red bean, Hokkaido (a black tea) and ginger! Boba is classically known as a SWEET beverage. I'd highly recommend decreasing the sugar level if you don't like a lot of sweetness. “I really contemplated on leaving a review or not just for the simple fact that this place is a hidden gem. This place puts any coffee chains to shame. My daughter introduced me to this cute, cozy, very inviting coffee place. It is my new favorite spot. Although there is no drive through the coffee is the best I have ever tasted! I love going here before school and work and getting my favorite latte!!! It is soooo good!!! The atmosphere is chill and welcoming to all. It is always decorated with whatever season is in and people there are always friendly. My favorite drink here is the Iced Chai Latte. It is hands down the best I have gotten from any coffee shop ever! They also carry fresh baked goods from a local bakery. They have this big gooey cinnamon roll, it could be comparable to cinnabon but only better! Anyway, this is definitely my favorite local coffee shop and if you haven’t tried it you definitely should.“

“I'm absolutely in love and obsessed!! I've been trying really hard to be healthier and mindful of what I'm eating and it's a struggle especially when it comes to taste and cost. This is close by my work, owned by a mother daughter duo and staffed by other awesome women, very healthy and VERY tasty. Oh and extremely affordable!! I got a shake, a lit tea, and an acai bowl!! Super low carb and high protein!! They gave me the nutrition details so I could log everything which was so amazing of them and explained everything perfectly to help me make a good choice. The only drawbacks for me are: 1) not ALL their smoothie flavors are up on the screen and sometimes have to ask if they still do a particular favorite from the past (ex. Dragon Fire, the one with cayenne pepper), 2) not enough seating or out of the way space if they get hit with more than 6 people, and 3) prices are a bit steep ($8.79 for a medium smoothie with no extras); HOWEVER, everyone of similar business is just the same, so....I still go here as the location is convenient within the Southgate Plaza, and between World Arena area and home near 8th.“

“Ziggi’s is always good! I love their cold brew coffee. I get mine with almond milk and maybe a flavor shot if I’m feeling spicy (toasted marshmallow and butter pecan are my favs). They have good breakfast items, like a bacon breakfast burrito. You can get it with or without salsa. Great service, always quick and courteous. “Overall, this location is great. Nice people, very friendly. My dog can be crazy but they know him there and don’t freak out if he barks. Drinks are always great. Only downside is the couple times I’ve seen a really long drive through line, I’ve thought “it has to be much faster if I go up to the window” but every single time I’ve tried walking up to the window, it’s taken much longer than 10 minutes. I think I’ve done it 4 different times and the first time was 25 minutes, second time was 20, third time was 25 again and the last time is actually right now. I’m standing at the window and the lady in front of me when I walked up had to wait 35+ minutes for 3 drinks, I’ve so far been standing here in 27 degree weather and it’s been 18 minutes as of now. I order 2 iced drinks.. every other thing about this location is great, I just don’t think it’s worth walking up to the window if you don’t have 30 minutes to spare. Even if the drive through line wraps around the parking lot, I would not recommend walking up to the window. I’m writing this review not to be snarky or hate on this coffee shop.. I am just hoping maybe somebody sees it who is able to change the way it works here. If there’s a yellow car that is last in line, when I walk up to the window, then when the yellow car is leaving the drive through with their drink, I should be getting my drink next at the window.. it doesn’t make sense that the window drink takes so much longer than where I would be if I was in the drive through line..Again, everything else is amazing, but the walk up window is absolutely ridiculous. Any more than 10, possibly 15 minutes and something isn’t right and should be fixed.Edit: it ended up taking 32 minutes, but today they actually know me and apologized for the long wait, which is appreciated. I will continue to come here basically every day for my coffee, I just won’t walk up to the window unless I’m in NO rush and it’s a nice day out..“
