I was taking an elderly woman from our church grocery shopping. She is blind and had recently fallen breaking her arm. She is currently using a hemiwalker (one armed walker ) to get around. We were able to manage ato get her in a push cart but getting her in and out of car plus managing groceries was overwhelming. Your store assistant Carly stepped up and offered to help.
