“We visited Dozo for lunch today and as always it was amazing! I simply cannot get over the quality of the food, the beauty of the presentation and the stellar service that encompasses all that is Dozo. Thank you for another wonderful experience!“
“Cool cyberpunk anime bar with solid Japanese food. I tried the Yuzu infused sake and had to order another. It was a great mix without being overwhelming with citrus. The service was quick but the bar was small and packed to the brim. Friendly patrons, great drinks, and a solid selection of rice bowls if you're feeling hungry. I'll be returning to try out more of their menu!“
“Super good. We usually go to Fuji Bistro but decided to try tomo since it’s closer. It did not disappoint. It was delicious. The crab ragoons were perfect and my sushi bento box was so big I had leftovers even after sharing with my toddler. My husband got the Alaska roll and it was delicious too. The service was great. Price was typical for good sushi and we will be back.“
“We all 3 loved it, especially after their chilli sauce was brought by request, really was fantastic. We tried the pork and vegan style and both ramen went over extremely well. In addition the Sushi rolls were really done great! Highly recommend this place if you as the in the mood for ramen and/or Sushi!“
“one of our favorite places in Colorado Springs and even more so after our last visit. My granddaughter and her friend were excited to try a Japanese restaurant, but a bit nervous as well. they were so accommodating! gave them "beginners sushi" and chopstick trainers. extra small plates, etc. very impressed. and the girls loved it and are looking forward to returning and trying more adventurous items! :)“
“Everything here was delicious! I love the that local Baker’s come together to sell their products. I am obsessed with the sourdough bread and cinnamon rolls made by nature start. The pizza is phenomenal. The ice cream is creamy and delicious and the service is amazing. My family and friends will definitely be back to support a local business.“
“Sushi Ato was delicious. First time we went we had hamachi maki (yellowtail), seaweed salad, and albacore nigiri. We ordered seconds of the nigiri, it was fantastic and tasted very fresh. It is kind of hard to get a waiters attention, and they bolt away from the table so quickly I wasn't able to get everything to order (or reorder) in one go.Second time we went, it was a little bit crazy (we found out their receipt machine wasn't working well so chefs were not getting orders). The waitress we got kept asking us how many of things we wanted (miso, waters, soy sauce bowls, plates) but never seemed to pick up that we wanted them for the table. She was also non-existent after taking out first orders (we chalked it up to the problem with the receipts). There was definitely a longer wait then the first time, but no loss in quality. We had albacore nigiri again, the Everest roll (really good), spicy tuna rolls, and California rolls. Kids got to share a giant bowl of ramen, which was tasty.“
“I’m a long time Sushi Den Denver ‘snob’ - but Nara Sushi blew me away! Great Miso soup starter, fantastic rolls & sushi. Amazing specials- fresh flavors, creative combos, textures, …. All in a friendly, great place ❤️ Looking forward to trying everything!“
“We love everything about Sushi Row. We just had our 5th visit, and every time we leave so happy. Beyond having high quality, thoughtful, fresh food, their entire team is amazing. We came in today with our 1-year-old, exhausted from a snow day and being cooped up, and they were gracious, friendly, and went above and beyond. The chef and kitchen team saw us (probably looking haggard) and even made our little dude his own baby bowl! So happy COS finally got some amazing sushi, and even more grateful it came with such a thoughtful group of people!!“
“I found out about this place by door-dashing. The amount of orders I’d pick up from there was insane, which led me to try it myself. It’s bright, colorful, and quirky when you walk in. The food here is yummy and affordable for sushi. The staff are polite and hard working!Vegetarian options: You could probably get a veggie roll or ask for a roll without fish. Sub it for avocado or whatever you enjoy.“
“This was probably the best sushi place I ever went to. I have went to a lot of sushi restaurants but this one was the best one I have try. There sushi was fantastic the workers are nice and the place is clean. This was so good that I had to do it on my son phone phone because I left my phone at home. And when I was finished I had to give this place a 5 star. I would really recommend this place to go with your family’s or friends.“
“I have been there only once and all seemed great. Service starts when you cross the threshold of the door frame. Your food is prepared as quickly as possible. Courteous staff going and and when you leave. The food was good and the service was OFF the chart. They Have developed a system to get return business. Great job!“
“Gem that’s in the cut! Definitely some of the freshest sushi I’ve had in Colorado Springs. They gave us soup (miso) and salad with our selection of sushi. I also had the plum sake (very warm delicious) which went well with my meal came down super smooth! Definitely will be back again for another bite.“
“Awesome service. We needed to be in and out in less than an hour, and they delivered! Amazing sushi (the McLaren roll seemed weird, but was the most sinfully amazing thing I've ever had! Bacon, in sushi? Yet it worked). We got complimentary miso soup, and were able to seat us very quickly (adding to their service). I cannot recommend this place enough. They are well known for their sushi rolls to go with every state, and they are devine. I am planning on coming back as soon as possible!Vegetarian options: It's sushi, so fish, and this pescatarian friendly. Still seems very vegetarian friendly, even though that is not my concern“
“Rock n Roll Sushi is an experience. Starting with the glaring question everyone probably wonders before entering, "Will this satisfy my craving for sushi?" The short answer is no. But I think it's important to understand why that isn't necessarily a bad thing. If you want sushi, there are plenty of other places to get a classic, elegant and/or traditional roll. But if you are looking for a new, creative take on the iconic food group, Rock n Roll sushi might be exactly what you are in the mood for.The atmosphere is very impressive, feeling just a tad tacky, but in a charming sort of way. It captures pieces of the 70s, 80s and 90s in many different, but fun and nostalgic ways, and even captures the late 2000s with logo itself, being aggressively similar, if not identical to the "Rock Band" video game font.As far as the sushi itself, it is slightly above average when it comes to comparing against other similar cuisines in Colorado Springs. The price is also very similar to others, so you can expect the bill to be about what you would normally spend on sushi in the Springs. But it might be worth the effort to go during their happy hours, as if you play your cards right, you could end up "saving" a ridiculous amount of money on apps and rolls.Rock n Roll sushi is worth a trip, if not for the fun and different fusion food they proudly advertise, then for the sheer creativity of it all.“
“We eat here at least twice a month. Their food is so fresh, the service is over the top! Don't let the name fool you, aside from the best sushi in town they offer so much more! I love their salmon teriyaki and my husband loves their tempura shrimp. We generally get bento boxes at lunch. Did I mention the lychee martini?? Five stars!!!“
“Been to most sushi places in town multiple times and hands down this one is the best, not only are they consistently delicious but they also maintain a very charming atmosphere even when packed the rest of the customers kept conversations at a respectable level could not recommend this place any more than I already “
“We came here for the first time during a very icy and snowy evening. We got warm ramen and some gyoza. The dumplings are actually deep fried, very delicious! The ramen was hot and had many toppings inside. For just $11 it hit the spot for that cold night. We will come back to try some other things they offer!“
“Stopped in today at Lunch and got their 'B' lunch special. Couldn't choose between Miso or Mushroom soup with my meal, so I got both! So good! Brian took care of me and was super attentive, very knowledgeable and helpful, and most of all just a postitive upbeat person! Definitely looking forward to going back sometime soon! Very happy I randomly stopped by while I was in the area!“
“We picked up food from Mama Poke last night, for the first time, and were pleasantly surprised.First, the parking was adequate and close to the restaurant. I was the only person in the restaurant when I went in and I said that I was there for an online order under my name...I mentioned that I'm sure it's not ready yet, but I can pay (it was more than 10 minutes before the estimated ready time), but my food was all ready to go! So, anyway, I was back home before I had even expected to pick up the food (really nice)! We ordered a couple of poke bowls and a couple of appetizers and each item was fresh and tasty. I don't have too much to compare to, but these items definitely had a nice, strong flavor and texture. One thing to mention: the spicy tuna actually is quite spicy (great for us, but might be a surprise to some people). In my opinion, the prices are a little steep (especially for kids items), but that's the world we're living in, now...All in all, this was a nice experience and we'll certainly be back again!“
“It was my birthday and I was craving sushi. I am new to the area and I was looking for a new sushi spot. I definitely found it! Such a variety and sssooooo good! The staff was so patient and friendly when explaining all the options. Will definitely be coming back for more!“
“Our food was amazing. We had the yummy rolls, and gyoza to start. We ordered bento kids meals, as well as Bento adult meals and ended with tempura ice cream. Everything had a really nice presentation too. However, it was our server, Grace, that really made our experience great! She anticipated our every need and was patient with all our kids.“
“Every grain of rice vanished! I must express my delight in giving this place a chance. The culinary experience is nothing short of fantastic, with flavors that dance in perfect harmony. Originating from NY, the owners have infused the dishes with an authentic taste that transported me to the vibrant food scene of the city. Despite driving past it countless times, nestled between King Soopers and Hobby Lobby on Woodmen, I regret not discovering this gem sooner. Today, I confess my oversight, and I'm convinced I should have indulged in this culinary haven ages ago. Without a doubt, I'll be a returning patron. Undoubtedly the best Chinese food in the Springs!“
“Great hibachi. Highly recommend getting the noodle option. The chef was great but the staff failed 3x to get refills. We were shorted veggies and they failed 3x to get them. In spite of our reservation we still waited 30 minutes and the waiting area has very limited seating.“
“This is my favorite sushi spot in Colorado Springs. I got here almost weekly. They have such good food and for such and amazing price. Everything always comes out amazing! If you ever come here I recommend the sizzling California to all my friends and it always becomes their favorite roll. If you haven’t tried I would definitely put this place on your to go list!“
“The food and service were incredible, as always. The sushi has the freshest ingredients, and I love that I can sit and chat with them while they're making the sushi. Paul and his staff are so friendly and always make sure I'm well taken care of. Amazing place!“
“On a whim while visiting CS, we stopped by here for dinner. We couldn't believe how fortunate we were to go!First off, the sushi is top notch. Being able to compare it to my experiences in Japan, it right up there. Great attention to the rolls, a beautiful ratio of rice to fish, and a delightful choice of house created rolls make the experience complete. For sushi, the prices are what you expect and I feel well spotted. As well, the sake is oh so good. Tasting like the most delicious pour and going down like sweet water, you will not be disappointed! However what really puts this sushi-ya deep into my heart is the company. The lead chefs were so much fun to speak with and very endearing. I truly felt like I was with my family in Japan at their local sushi-ya for dinner. If you are in the Springs, please visit. It is a golden opportunity for great food, awesome sake, and some amazing company!“
“Fantastic. I ordered the white seafood udon. The crab was a little different than I’m used to. Great broth, great noodles. Mushrooms were a different addition I haven’t experienced though. Can’t wait to order more. The only issue was how full the soup bowl was. ??. My truck will never smell the same.“
“Delicious sushi that spoils your sense of taste and nourishes your wellbeing. Fresh and creatively tasteful choices on menu. Staff very friendly and efficient. Cozy atmosphere. Great DJ supplied music. The music was a bit too loud for talking. So a new person date is difficult to get to know because of the strain of talking and hearing. Prices a bit high however taste and quality is up with it.“
“Pretty decent place! Good options for all diets that are extremely customizable. Tofu options are delicious and plentiful, and their drink options are superb. Depending on the weather, rice bowl warm, order as bowl. Order poke for cold. Really appreciate the affordable kids' bento boxes for the young ones with choices they will actually eat.Vegetarian options: Extremely customizable to remove meat optionsDietary restrictions: Extremely customizable for dietsKid-friendliness: Kids' bento boxes are legit“
“Best sushi here to the pacific ocean! We love this place and have been eating here for years! If you love sushi you must try sushi spot!I travel the west side of the country for work and sushi spot is the best quality compared every sushi place on the west coast!“
