Ordered my food and asked if I could get a fresh one and said that I didn't mind waiting. I was told no problem. There was one car in front of me. I got to the window about 1 minute after I ordered. Cashier took my payment, gave me change and handed me my bag. I took the corn dog out and it felt barely warm through the paper so I pinch the end off to see if the meat part was cold. She came back to the window to hand me my drink and I told her it was barely warm and asked her if I could get another one she smiled and say of course. About 20 seconds later she returns to the window and says this one should be hot and handed me a corn dog. I started to drive away and stopped, guess what. This is not only not hotter but is in fact the same corn dog I handed her back with the end broke open. She actually gave me the same corn dog back. So I put the car in park and went to return my now room temp corn dog and speak to the manager. She quickly states I will put a fresh one down for you it will be four minutes, and asks if that's ok. Yes I told her. Then 4-5 minutes later she comes to my car with the new hot corn dog. I ask her why her employee thinks it's ok to try to fool the customer instead of fixing the issue at hand. She keeps reiterating to me several times that she told the cashier if someone asks for a fresh one then make sure they get a fresh one. Then I said that's not the real problem here she didn't even do anything with the food I gave her back and tried to pass it off as a new one. I understand she says and again repeats the I told her if people ask for a fresh one give them a fresh one. So I asked for a phone number or website to file a complaint and she said I can fix this right now do you want a free shake or something. I said no, I don't want something free I want to understand why she isn't concerned about how the cashier treated a customer. Then I said ok, I'm done thank you. Btw, do any of you reading this think I am actually eating this second corn dog after the deceiving way I was treated. Who knows what was done to it!

My husband and I wanted dessert, so we ordered 2 Sonic blasts at the drive-thru. We waited 23 minutes for our order, half that time behind the car in front of us waiting for their order and the other half waiting at the window for our own order. The kid who was working at the ice cream machine walked away from it more times than we could count, and also turned his back to his work repeatedly in order to talk to the kid working at the grill. He made my blast, then proceeded to set it aside while it took him about another 5 minutes to make my husband's blast, leaving mine to sit on the counter and melt to runny milkshake consistency. Neither blast was well mixed. I ordered extra candy in mine, paid for the extra candy, did not get the extra candy. The girl who took our order did not even come to the window to collect our payment until the order was ready and melting. So yes, we sat at the window for 20 minutes before anyone inside the restaurant even acknowledged that we were there. Very poor service. We will not be spending our money at this location for quite awhile, until they've had the opportunity to clean up their act. I'm thinking Dairy Queen blizzards next time.

The food here is still ok, but the service is really slow. This used to be my go-to Sonic location too. Something change and I'm guessing it's management because there seems to be enough people working, but it still takes them over 15mins to get an order. Even ordering online and giving them the time that's recommended to pick up the food, I still have to wait to get my order at least 10-15 mins. Drive thru takes awhile to get from the order kiosk to the window and then there's still a long wait. I stopped coming here because it makes me feel like the people are either slow or just don't care that people have other things to do.

I asked for a cup of water and they charged me .70 for the water. I don't necessarily have a problem with this but I wish they would have told me so I could have just gotten a drink. I feel like that's a bit much for a cup of water.
Came around 10pm. Chicken Tenders were amazing 10/10! Fries tasted 1 day old and were cold 1/10. The young man handing food to me was efficient. The other employee seemed tired, and or overworked. I hope things get better for them!

Got to the drive-through order a cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup and a double cheeseburger with bacon only received one of my items and they thought I was asking for a meal on just the cheese burger totally unprofessional and unacceptable because they’re talking to each other in the background instead of payn attention to their job they would rather joke in horseplay then answer people on the drive-through waited 10 minutes on a drive-through ridiculous
