My husband and I wanted dessert, so we ordered 2 Sonic blasts at the drive-thru. We waited 23 minutes for our order, half that time behind the car in front of us waiting for their order and the other half waiting at the window for our own order. I asked for a cup of water and they charged me .70 for the water. I don't necessarily have a problem with this but I wish they would have told me so I could have just gotten a drink. I feel like that's a bit much for a cup of water.

Apparently one must itemize their entire order; even when they were VERY SPECIFIC about the order that had to be repeated THREE times only to have it completely FUBAR when it’s finally delivered.
